The aim of the project is to implement the results of R & D work carried out in COMTRONIC by launching a new service – PointCRM in the Saas model available to the SME sector. So far, acquisition of own CRM software has been a difficult barrier for micro/small companies without significant financial and hardware facilities. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R przeprowadzonych w COMTRONIC poprzez uruchomienie nowej usługi - PointCRM w modelu Saas dostępnej dla sektora MŚP. Dotychczas nabycie własnego oprogramowania CRM było dla mikro/małych firm niedysponujących znacznym zapleczem finansowym i sprzętowym barierą trudną do pokonania. COMTRONIC zamierza oferować inteligentne narzędzie informatyczne jako wsparcie działań biznesowych dla MŚP w postaci funkcji realizowanych z wykorzystaniem technologii cloud'owych, tj. predefiniowane narzędzia, sprawne, o wysokiej wydajności transakcyjnej, przejrzystym, inteligentnym raportowaniu dającym podstawę do precyzyjnej oceny wydajności procesów biznesowych. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez realizację zadania: 1. Zakup sprzętu i oprogramowania niezbędnego do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R poprzez świadczenie innowacyjnej usługi PointCRM.
