The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of Stoczek Natura Sp. z o.o. by implementing the results of their R & D research and on their basis introducing innovations in the form of ready-made meat products technology, in which the fat component as a raw material for production is partially or completely replaced by the addition of inulin. The task is to implement innovative solutions described in the project by modernising the line for ready-made meals in jars and cans, which will be possible for the purchase of new fixed assets and intangible assets: 1)Convection stake-3 pcs; 2)The milling wolves of meat -pieces; 3) Mixer for meat -1 pieces; 4)Can shutter – 1 pcs; 5) Tank for jars – 1 pcs; 6)Country for meat-pieces; 7)Autoclave four-bask -pc.; 8) Plaster for vegetables and meat-1 pcs; 9)Multi-head weighing machine for bacon, sausage and meat- 1 pcs; 10) loggers – time and temperature recorders for autoclave-1 pcs; 11) Detection of impurities and measurement of X-ray-piece products; 12)The dosing line for jars and cans -pieces; 13)AssecoSoftlab system ERP-module for implementation of functionalities related to the settlement of service production in the system-1pcs. The aim of the project is to increase competitiveness by introducing innovative products on the domestic and international market: “Clops in vegetables Stoczek with inulin 500 g” and “Breton beans with sausage, bacon and smoked meat, with inulin 500 g” and others. During the project, modern information and communication technologies will be used, i.e. a system for planning enterprise resources, collecting data, organising and integrating all areas of the company’s operation and supporting resource management. Target group: Stoczek and its employees. The indicators described in point C.II. of the proposal will be achieved, including: result: implementation of product innovation 1 and non-technological-1, employment growth- 3,25. (English)

    Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności firmy Stoczek Natura Sp. z o.o. poprzez wdrożenie wyników posiadanych badań B+R i na ich bazie wprowadzenie do produkcji innowacji w postaci technologii wyrobu mięsnego dania gotowego, w których składnik tłuszczowy jako surowiec do produkcji zostaje częściowo lub całkowicie zastąpiony dodatkiem inuliny. Zadaniem jest wdrożenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań opisanych w projekcie poprzez modernizację linii do produkcji dań gotowych w słoikach i puszkach, na co pozwolą zakupione nowe środki trwałe oraz wartość niematerialna i prawna: 1)Piec konwekcyjny-3 szt.; 2)Wilk do mielenia mięsa -szt; 3) Mieszałka do mięsa -1szt; 4)Zamykarka do puszek - 1 szt.; 5) Zamykarka do słoi-1 szt.; 6)Krajalnica do mięsa-szt; 7)Autoklaw czterokoszowy -szt.; 8) Plastrownica do warzyw i mięs-1 szt.; 9)Naważarka wielogłowicowa do boczku, kiełbasy i mięsa- 1 szt; 10) Loggery - rejestratory czasu i temperatury do autoklawu-1 szt;11) Wykrywarka zanieczyszczeń i pomiaru produktów X-ray-szt; 12)Linia dozowania do słoi i puszek -szt; 13)System AssecoSoftlab ERP-moduł do wdrożenia funkcjonalności związanej z rozliczeniem produkcji usługowej w systemie-1szt. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie konkurencyjności poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek krajowy i międzynarodowy innowacyjnych produktów: "Klopsy w jarzynach Stoczek z inuliną 500g" oraz " Fasolka po bretońsku z kiełbasą, boczkiem i wędzonką, z inuliną 500g" i innych. Podczas realizacji projektu zostaną wykorzystane nowoczesne technologie informacyjne i komunikacyjne tj. system służący do planowania zasobów przedsiębiorstwa, gromadzenia danych, porządkowania i integrowania wszystkich obszarów funkcjonowania firmy oraz wspomagania zarządzania zasobami. Grupa docelowa: przedsiębiorstwo Stoczek oraz jego pracownicy. Zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki opisane w punkcie C.II.wniosku.w tym min: rezultatu: wdrożenie innowacji produktowej 1 oraz nie technologicznej-1, wzrost zatrudnienia- 3,25. (Polish)
