    Podstawowym celem i głównym zadaniem projektu jest wprowadzenie nowej e-usługi konstruktywnego dialogu pomiędzy dyrekcją szkół, nauczycielami i rodzicami mającej na celu rozwój szkół i środowiska szkolnego, wspieranie pozytywnych postaw wśród nauczycieli i uczniów i przeciwdziałanie mobbingowi i niepożądanemu zachowaniu. Do pozostałych celów należy: -wzrost konkurencyjności na rynku krajowym i zagranicznym naszego przedsiębiorstwa przez rozpoczęcie działalności w segmencie innowacyjnych rozwiązań ICT, -wzrost poziomu i jakości wiedzy naszego przedsiębiorstwa, -wzrost zatrudnienia o 2 specjalistów z doświadczeniem w sprzedaży i promocji usług elektronicznych. E-usługa będzie świadczona za pomocą systemu informatycznego składającego się z aplikacji przeglądarkowej i dwóch aplikacji mobilnych na systemy iOS i Android. System składać się będzie z modułów funkcjonalnych: -Zgłaszanie pomysłów -Zgłaszanie przypadków mobbingu i niepożądanych zachowań -Zgłaszanie uznania dla pozytywnego zachowania wśród uczniów, nauczycieli, rodziców lub dyrekcji -Przeglądanie profili szkół i sposobu prowadzenia przez nie dialogu z rodzicami, uczniami i nauczycielami -Parametryzacja preferencji w zakresie śledzenia zgłoszeń dotyczących pomysłów, uznania lub też przypadków mobbingu lub niepożądanych zachowań -Badanie stopnia zadowolenia rodziców i nauczycieli z danej szkoły -Automatyczne raporty na temat dialogu w polskich szkołach Ocena 360 stopni w środowisku szkolnym ¬ -Rozwój nauczycieli i członków dyrekcji poprzez publikację materiałów multimedialnych Szerszy opis techniczno-ekonomiczny e-usługi zawarto w zał. "Dokumenty potwierdzające przeprowadzenie badań rynkowych" (dalej "Analiza popytu i konkurencyjności"). Realizacja niniejszego projektu ma bezpośredni wpływ na wykorzystanie nowoczesnych TIK przez naszą firmie i nasza grupę docelową obejmującą: -Dyrekcje szkół -Nauczycieli -Rodziców dzieci szkolnych -Uczniów.
