The main objective of the project is to implement innovative solutions to strengthen the competitive position of the company “DONPLAST” in the local, regional and international markets. This will be possible by investing in innovative solutions. Extending the quality of the offered products will strengthen the company’s position on the market. Thus, economic activity in the Lubelskie Voivodeship will be stimulated. For specific purposes, the following shall be: — implementation of innovative solutions, -introduction of a new product, – entry into new markets, including foreign markets, – growth of employment, – application of eco-innovation, – implementation of CSR, – development of ICT in the company. All the objectives set are relevant to the success of the project’s objectives. In order to achieve the objectives set out, the tasks included in the project schedule should be met: purchase of intangible assets and purchase of fixed assets. Expenditure is necessary for the implementation of product innovation: biodegradable eco-pots of 26 litres of large molecular material and a new service: manufacture of plastic products based on injection moulds obtained from the customer. The project will implement a new technological process for the production of biodegradable eco-pots of 26 litres.The implementation of the new process will also result in eco-innovation benefits. In particular, the use of a modern injection moulding machine will have a major impact on the reduction of the noise associated with the production process. A marketing innovation will be the introduction to the offer of production services carried out on a customer’s individual request, in that the execution time of orders will be reduced to five working days. Normally, such orders are executed within about four weeks. The relatively long delivery time is due, inter alia, to the need to design and manufacture the injection mould.     Celem głównym projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań, aby umocnić pozycję konkurencyjną przedsiębiorstwa "DONPLAST' na rynku lokalnym, regionalnym oraz międzynarodowym. Cel ten będzie możliwy poprzez inwestycję w innowacyjne rozwiązania. Rozszerzenie jakości oferowanych produktów wzmocni pozycje przedsiębiorstwa na rynku. Tym samym pobudzona zostanie aktywność gospodarcza na terenie województwa lubelskiego. Do celów szczegółowych należy: - wdrożenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań, -wprowadzenie nowego produktu, - wejście na nowe rynki, w tym zagraniczne, -wzrost zatrudnienia, - zastosowanie ekoinnowacji, - wdrożenie CSR, - rozwój TIK w przedsiębiorstwie. Wszystkie wyznaczone cele są istotne do powodzenia założeń projektu. Aby osiągać wyznaczone cele należy zrealizować zadania ujęte w harmonogramie projektu: zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych oraz zakup środków trwałych. Wydatki są niezbędne do wdrożenia innowacji produktowej: biodegradowalnej eko-doniczki z tworzywa wielkocząsteczkowego o pojemności 26l oraz nowej usługi: wytwarzanie produktów z tworzyw sztucznych na bazie form wtryskowych otrzymanych od zleceniodawcy. W ramach projektu zostanie wdrożony nowy proces technologiczny dotyczący produkcji biodegradowalnych eko-doniczek z tworzywa wielkocząsteczkowego o pojemności 26l.Dzięki wdrożeniu nowego procesu uzyskane zostaną także korzyści ekoinnowacyjne. W szczególności, zastosowanie nowoczesnej wtryskarki będzie miało zasadniczy wpływ na obniżenie poziomu hałasu związanego z procesem produkcyjnym. Innowacją marketingową będzie wprowadzenie do oferty usług produkcyjnych realizowanych na indywidualne zamówienie klienta znamiennych tym, że czas realizacji zleceń zostanie skrócony do pięciu dni roboczych. Normalnie, tego typu zlecenia są realizowane w czasie około czterech tygodni. Stosunkowo długi czas realizacji wynika między innymi z potrzeby zaprojektowania i wykonania formy wtryskowej.
