The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the Company Works Road S.A. on the domestic market. The goal is to implement its own, new eco-innovative technology for the production of prefabricated concrete prefabricated products using LCD dies with nanopolymer admixtures. This technology has been developed specifically for the launch of a new innovative technological line for the production of small-dimensional concrete prefabricated concrete with a unique recipe, developed by the Lublin University of Technology on behalf of the Applicant Thanks to this, the company will build a factory for the production of concrete prefabricated prefabricated concrete with LCD dies and an admixture of nanopolymeres and will offer an innovative product for the domestic market, which is not available on the market. Thus, it will increase the market share of concrete producers on the domestic market and will be able to compete equally with domestic companies that have greater capital and technological capacity to bring new technologies to the market. The implementation will take place through the construction of a production plant and the purchase of the necessary equipment, and the verification of the performance of the task will be done through indicators – offering a new product – of concrete products with LCD and nanopolymeres, selling it and registering revenues on a separate account, increasing employment in the company. The product is addressed to private investors – companies and institutions that use products for construction purposes. The implementation of the project will enable the use of research results carried out by universities and their commercialisation by an enterprise in the SME sector. (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności Przedsiębiorstwa Robót Drogowych SA na rynku krajowym. Realizacja celu polega na wdrożeniu własnej, nowej na rynku, ekoinnowacyjnej technologii produkcji prefabrykatów betonowych z użyciem matryc LCD z domieszką nanopolimerów. Technologia ta została opracowana specjalnie na potrzeby uruchomienia nowej innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do produkcji drobnowymiarowych prefabrykatów betonowych o unikatowej recepturze, opracowanej przez Politechnikę Lubelską na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy Dzięki temu spółka zbuduje zakład produkcji prefabrykatów betonowych z użyciem matryc LCD i domieszką nanopolimerów i zaoferuje na rynek krajowy produkt innowacyjny, jakiego nie ma w ofercie na rynku. Tym samym zwiększy udział w rynku producentów produktów betonowych na rynku krajowym i będzie w stanie równorzędnie konkurować z firmami krajowymi, które mają większe możliwości kapitałowe i technologiczne do wprowadzania nowych technologii na rynek. Realizacja nastąpi poprzez budowę zakładu produkcyjnego oraz zakup niezbędnych urządzeń, a sprawdzenie realizacji zadania odbywać się będzie poprzez wskaźniki - zaoferowania nowego produktu - produktów betonowych z LCD i nanopolimerami, sprzedaży go i ewidencjonowaniem przychodów na wyodrębnionym koncie, zwiększenie zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie. Produkt adresowany jest do inwestorów prywatnych - firm i instytucji, które wykorzystują produkty do celów budowlanych. Realizacja projektu umożliwi wykorzystanie wyników prac badawczych przeprowadzonych przez uczelnie i ich komercjalizacje przez przedsiębiorstwo z sektora MŚP. (Polish)
