Projekt dotyczy wprowadzenia przez Wnioskodawcę innowacyjnej i nowej na skalę światową oraz krajową technologii frezowania nawierzchni drogowych za pomoca frezarek nowej generacji. Wdrożenie polegało będzie na zakupie nowoczesnej maszyny frezującej oraz ciągnika i naczepy niskopodwoziowej do jej transportu na teren budowy. Frezarka wyposażona będzie w bęben frezujący o szerokości robocczej 2,2m jak również najnowocześniejsze rozwiązania techniki - systemy czujników zintegrowane z komputerem centralnym czy nowoczesne automatyczne rozwiązania pomiarowe i sterujace.
