The main objective of the project is to ensure the continuity of water supply on the premises of the Applicant’s action. Main stakeholders: — employees and management, projectors – recipients of services. The main stakeholders’ expectations are to ensure continuity of water supply of adequate quality and quantity. The applicant’s expectations also concern the possibility of financing investments related to the implementation of the investment. The key results of the project include the number of people benefiting from improved water supply – 32 750 people (80 % of the residents of Świdnik and 10 % of the inhabitants of the municipality of Mełgiew). a) Upgrading of the water main with the valve chambers from deep-sea wells to water storage tanks and installation of fiber optic in a modernised bus. The planned investment is located in the commune of Mełgiew in the Świdnica district of Lubelskie Voivodeship. The sections of the water main in the field of development are located in rural areas. The project includes the execution of non-extracted reconstruction (renovation) of sections of the water main with a total length of approx. 10.6 km, from deep wells to storage tanks of water, which are located in the commune of Mełgiew. The existing water mains were built in the 80s. There was an increasing failure and it was estimated that the bus is oversized. b) modernisation of the well control system. The new system of management and supervision of extraction, treatment and distribution of water will ensure full and reliable control over the operation of the equipment, registration of parameters online, full supervision of access to protected facilities, including deep-sea wells, and fiber-optic cable connection between the central dispatcher and remote deep-sea wells will ensure continuity, reliability, high quality and completeness of the information provided. c) Improving customer service through the implementation of the Online Customer Service Office (English)

Nowy system zarządzania i nadzoru wydobyciem, uzdatnianiem i dystrybucją wody zapewni pełną i wiarygodną kontrolę nad pracą urządzeń, rejestrację parametrów w trybie online, pełny nadzór dostępu do chronionych obiektów m.in. studni głębinowych, a połączenie kablowe światłowodowe pomiędzy dyspozytornią centralną i odległymi obiektami studni głębinowych zapewni ciągłość, niezawodność, wysoką jakość i kompletność przekazywanych informacji. c) usprawnienie obsługi klientów poprzez wdrożenie Internetowego Biura obsługi klienta i-BOK (Polish)
