Projekt (P.) zakłada instalację 174 szt. zestaw. kol. słonecznych. (42szt. o mocy 2100W każdy, 75szt. - 3150W i 57szt.-4200W ) posadowionych wyłącznie na dachach lub elewacjach i 49 kotłów na biomasę (17 o mocy 20kW każdy na pellet, 4 po 24kW na pellet, 22 po 22kW na drewno, 6 po 20 kW na owies) w obiekt. prywat. do podgrz. CWU o sum. mocy 1,60MW. P. przewiduje też serwis www (TIK, ICT)., Usługę oprac. SW, Usługę wyk. dokum. tech., Usługę menedżera P., Koszty osobowe, Usługę inspektora nadzoru, Działania promocyjne w ramach P.. Łączna liczba mieszkańców GB korzystających (GRUPA DOCELOWA) z efektów realizacji P. wyniesie ok. 900 w 223 obiektach. GŁÓWNYM CELEM P. jest zwiększenie stosowania OZE na terenie GB. Cele szczegół.: CEL 1: Upowszechn. techno. wytwarzania czystej energii wśród mieszk. poprzez powszechny montaż OZE na terenie gm.; CEL 2: Redukcja zanieczyszcz. powietrza atmosf. poprzez zmniejszenie emisji związków szkodliwych dzięki zwiększ. udziału energii ze źródeł odnawialnych; CEL 3: Zmniejsz. obciążeń finans. społeczn. lokalnej wynikaj. z opłat za energ. dzięki utworz. indywid. instal. wykorzysta. OZE; P. przycz. się do realiz. zarówno celu prioryt. 4 jak i celu główn. RPO WL. P. wpis. się w cele operac. (2.5; 3.6; 4.5) wskaz. w SRWL 2014-2020. REZULTATEM jest: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych uzyskana poprzez montaż instalacji do podgrz. CWU o sum. mocy 1,60MW (0,564MW-kolektory 1,04MW-piece), Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplar. w ilości 480,63tCO2/rok, Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE w ilości 1 066,31MWht/rok. Na podstawie PROGRAMU OCHRONY POWIETRZA DLA STREFY LUBELSKIEJ w GB nie stwierdzono przekroczenie choćby 1go poziomu dopuszczalnego lub docelowego w odniesieniu do substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Działania przewidziane w P. przyczyniają się do realizacji działań naprawczych mających na celu poprawę stanu jakości powietrza (Polish)

The project (P.) assumes installation of 174 solar panels. (42 pieces with 2100 watts each, 75pcs. — 3150 W and 57 pieces-4200 W) planted exclusively on roofs or facades and 49 biomass boilers (17 of 20 kW each for pellets, 4 to 24 kW per pellet, 22 to 22 kW per wood, 6 to 20 kW per oats) in the object. CWU with a total power of 1,60 MW. P. also provides a web service (ICT, ICT)., Development Service. The result is: Additional capacity to generate energy from renewable sources by installing installations for heating. CWU with a total capacity of 1,60 MW (0,564 MW-collectors 1.04 MW-piece), Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions in the amount of 480,63tCO2/year, The production of heat from newly built/new generation capacity of RES installations in the amount of 1 066.31MWht/year. On the basis of the protection programme for Lublin STREFA, GB did not exceed at least 1 limit or target level for substances subject to air quality assessment.
