Celem głównym planowanej do realizacji inwestycji jest podniesienie jakości świadczonych usług społecznych, dzięki poprawie efektywności energetycznej w budynkach mieszkalnych będących w zasobach mieszkaniowych Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej im. Jana Zamoyskiego w Zamościu.W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujący zakres prac: modernizacja systemu grzewczego wraz ze zmianami w sprawności dla potrzeb c.w. wraz z dociepleniem stropodachu oraz ścian zewnętrznych w budynkach mieszkalnych przy ul. Jana Zamoyskiego nr 28, 32, 34, 36, 38, 48, 50, 52, 56, 58, 60 w Zamościu.
