Partyzantów 8 w Zamościu - zakres prac.: - modernizacja instalacji c.o. - wymiana zaworów termostatycznych, regulacja hydrauliczna instalacji (w odniesieniu do liczby grzejników) - montaż podzielników kosztów, - wdrożenie systemu pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii w budynku, - docieplenie stropodachu - wdmuchiwanie granulatu wełny mineralnej - d = 25 cm; l ? 0,043 W/m×K - docieplenie ścian - system ETICS - styropian d = 14 cm; l ? 0,033 W/m×K, - roboty dodatkowe: docieplenie ścian piwnic, wymiana okien w piwnicy, modernizacja balkonów i daszków, - instalacja fotowoltaiczna W ramach p. zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: Produktu: Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1; Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji - 822,38 m2; Rezultatu: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 444,40GJ/rok; Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (CI30) - 0,001 MW; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 34,05 ton/rok. GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ są mieszkańcy przedmiotowej nieruchomości. Projekt dotyczy wyłącznie części mieszkaniowej. Planowana instalacja fotowoltaiczna jest w pełni dedykowana potrzebom energetycznym obiektu, a jedynie niewykorzystana część energii elektrycznej będzie oddawana do sieci dystrybucyjnej. Projekt przeciwdziała ubóstwu energetycznemu (obejmuje osoby starsze i samotne, zmniejsza nakłady na utrzymanie mieszkania (rachunki za energię) w stosunku do otrzymywanych dochodów ty samym zwiększa środki na inne potrzeby podstawowe). Przedmiotowy obiekt nie jest wpisany do rejestru zabytków. Budynek znajduje się na obszarze objętym MPZP. (Polish)
