Cel: sprzyjanie rozwojowi społeczno - gospodarczemu Białej Podlaskiej i wzmacnianie jego funkcji ponadlokalnej poprzez unowocześnienie i zwiększenie atrakcyjności oferty Muzeum Południowego Podlasia. Zakres: 1. Prace przygotowawcze. 2. Realizacja, w tym: - zakupy sprzętu komputerowego i licencji (5 stanowisk - komputery z oprogramowaniem i peryferiami oraz urządzenia wielofunkcyjne, w tym 3 do obróbki graficznej w pracowni digitalizacji i dwa do wprowadzania danych) oraz sprzętu do fotografowania zbiorów (do pracowni digitalizacji), - prace budowlane/adaptacyjne/instalacyjne (dostosowanie pomieszczeń do potrzeb funkcjonowania serwerowni i pracowni digitalizacji, budowa zasilania, połączenie pracowni z serwerownią), - zakup serwerów z osprzętem (pamięć masowa, UPS, przełączniki, NGF/UTM, szafa serwerowa itp.), - kwerenda i opracowanie zbiorów, - zakup i wdrożenie aplikacji służącej opracowaniu i inwentaryzacji zbiorów oraz prezentacji efektów prac digitalizacyjnych (w tym portalu, służącego prezentacji wyników digitalizacji, dostosowanego do wymagań osób z niepełnosprawnościami wg. obowiązujących standardów), szkolenia dla pracowników muzeum oraz testy i wdrożenie systemu, - praca osoby zatrudnionej na podstawie umowy zlecenia do fotografowania obiektów oraz praca konserwatora. Grupy docelowe: Osoby zainteresowane zbiorami profesjonalnie, uczniowie, inni odbiorcy kultury (osoby zainteresowane ofertą muzeum) z kraju i zagranicy. W ramach projektu przewiduje się prace digitalizacyjne i osiągnięcie wartości docelowej wskaźnika produktu - liczby zdigitalizowanych dokumentów na poziomie 450 sztuk. Wyniki zostaną udostępnione przez muzeum za pośrednictwem portalu. Serwery służące gromadzeniu i prezentacji wyników będą miały pojemność minimum 16 TB. W muzeum wdrożony będzie system system teleinformatyczny - system opracowywania zbiorów oraz digitalizacji. Ilość pobrań udostępnionych dokumentów na poziomie 10 tys./rok (Polish)

Objective: fostering the socio-economic development of Biała Podlaska and strengthening its supralocal function by modernising and increasing the attractiveness of the Podlasie South Museum offer. Scope: 1. Preparatory work. 2. Implementation, including: — purchases of computer equipment and licenses (5 stations – computers with software and peripherals and multifunctional devices, including 3 for graphic processing in the digitisation workshop and two for entering data) and equipment for photographing collections of collections (for digitisation), – construction/adaptation/installation tests (adaptation of the premises for the purposes of the work of a person for the functioning of the server shop and the work of the digitisation workshop, construction of the workshop and the connection of the server room), – the purchase of digital servers with equipment (memory and utensil, NPS, UPS) Target groups: People interested in collections professionally, students, other recipients of culture (persons interested in the offer of the museum) from Poland and abroad. The project envisages digitisation work and achieving the target value of the product index – the number of digitised documents at the level of 450 pieces. The results will be made available by the museum via the portal. Servers for collecting and presenting results will have a minimum capacity of 16 TB. The museum will implement an IT system – a system of collection development and digitisation. Number of downloads of documents made available at the level of 10 thousand/year (English)
