Objective of the project – to create a research and development centre by the end of 31 December 2017. Main area of action: efficient design of plastic or zinc alloy products, placing on the market new manufacturing technologies, tools and checking their material and dimensional properties. Task to be realised within the project – purchase of new fixed assets (i.e. 3D printer, spectrometer, equipment for preparation of samples and microscopic examinations, roughness gauge, penetration control line, spectrophotometer, hardness meter, scale hardness measure A and D scale, dimmer, specialised computer for scientific research) and intangible and legal values (i.e. the Solidworks license, 1) – software for the simulation of plastics. The target group will be: 1. Companies operating within existing clusters (as a result of collaborative research, cooperation between them will be strengthened). 2. Undertakings shall: local and foreign, involved in development research and creation of new products and services. 3. The scientific institutions. Main indicators: a) 30 companies will benefit from supported research infrastructure. b) 1 undertakings will receive grants. (c) Private investments complementing public support to enterprises amounting to: 1 550 222,22 PLN. d) 1 enterprise will cooperate with research centres. e) the company will invest in the purchase of research equipment: 1 061 796,04 PLN. Cel projektu - stworzenie centrum badawczo-rozwojowego do końca 31 grudnia 2017r. Główny obszar działania: efektywne projektowanie wyrobów z tworzyw sztucznych lub ze stopów cynku, wprowadzanie na rynek nowych technologii wykonania, narzędzi oraz sprawdzanie ich właściwości materiałowych i wymiarowych. Zadanie do zrealizowania w ramach projektu - zakup nowych środków trwałych (tj. drukarki 3D, spektometru, urządzeń do przygotowania próbek i badań mikroskopowych, chropowatościomierza, linii kontroli penetracyjnej, spektrofotometru, twardościomierza, twardościomierza skala A i D, suwmiarki, specjalistycznego komputera do badań naukowych) oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (tj. licencji Solidworks, oprogramowania do symulacji wtrysku - tworzywa sztuczne, oprogramowania do symulacji wtrysku - ZnA1), niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania centrum badawczo-rozwojowego. Grupę docelową stanowić będą: 1. Przedsiębiorstwa funkcjonujący w ramach istniejących klastrów (w wyniku wspólnie prowadzonych badań, zacieśni się współpraca pomiędzy nimi). 2. Przedsiębiorstwa: lokalni i zagraniczni, biorący udział w badaniach rozwojowych i kreowaniu nowych produktów i usług. 3. Instytucje naukowe. Główne wskaźniki: a) 30 przedsiębiorstw skorzysta ze wspartej infrastruktury badawczej. b) 1 przedsiębiorstwo otrzyma dotacje. c) inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw na kwotę: 1 550 222,22 PLN. d) 1 przedsiębiorstwo współpracować będzie z ośrodkami badawczymi. e) przedsiębiorstwo poniesie nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury naukowo-badawczej: 1 061 796,04 PLN.
