The subject of the project is the construction of a warehouse building together with the necessary technical infrastructure and the purchase of modern equipment for the production of aluminium carpentry, as well as software for managing the production system. The direct result of the project will be the implementation of the results of the research and the extension of the company’s offer to include a new, unproduced range of aluminium doors with increased thermal insulation equipped with thermal inserts and a shaft panel (combined speed) with a reduced heat transfer coefficient with a flexible, composite distance frame used. In addition, as a result of the investment, the quality of aluminium joinery products will be improved thanks to the use of modern equipment and the implementation of the production of complex glass modules with increased thermal insulation thanks to a warm composite frame between glass panes and argon as a gas injected into interfacing spaces. Period of implementation of the project: 06.05.2019-30.04.2020 The total cost of the project is PLN 1.616.362,89, including: — eligible costs: PLN 1.314.116,18 – ineligible costs: 302.246,71 PLN Sources of financing of eligible costs of the project: — Public funds (European Regional Development Fund): 52 % – Own resources: 48 % Sources of financing ineligible costs: — Own resources: 100 % (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku magazynowego wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną oraz zakup nowoczesnych urządzeń do produkcji stolarki otworowej z aluminium, a także oprogramowania do zarządzania systemem produkcyjnym. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie wdrożenie wyników przeprowadzonych badań oraz rozszerzenie oferty przedsiębiorstwa o nowy, dotychczas nieprodukowany asortyment drzwi aluminiowych o podwyższonej izolacyjności termicznej wyposażonych we wkładki termiczne oraz panel szybowy (szybę zespoloną) o obniżonym współczynniku przenikania ciepła z zastosowaną elastyczną, kompozytową ramką dystansową. Dodatkowo w wyniku inwestycji nastąpi poprawa jakości dotychczas produkowanych wyrobów stolarki aluminiowej dzięki zastosowaniu nowoczesnych urządzeń oraz wdrożeniu produkcji modułów szyb zespolonych o podwyższonej termoizolacyjności za sprawą ciepłej kompozytowej ramki pomiędzy taflami szkła oraz argonu jako gazu wstrzykiwanego w przestrzenie międzyszybowe.
