The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company "PW "VIKKING KTS" SP. Z O.O. (VIKKING) through the company’s implementation of R & D results in the form of innovative products: Arctic Ultra and Arctic 3D doors. The innovative solution consists of combining the composite wing with the use of 3 plates, of which the central plate is designed to increase the static of the wing, its resistance to intrusion and improve the acoustic parameters with the dedicated PVC frame. An important element of innovation of the solution is the construction of the supporting structure of the door wing, the components of which are laminated wood profiles made of LVL veneers, and composite profiles of foamed PVC. In addition, the door wing will have a two-stage flange, which will allow to place a 90 mm thick wing in the existing PVC frame, which will significantly increase the insulation of the door assembly, and increase the visual attractiveness. In addition, the technology will provide a production process to allow mass castomisation of the product. The use of the indicated construction solutions will allow to obtain the required final parameters of new energy-efficient doors, which will thus be an innovative product on an international scale. Key characteristics of the product: increased: —thermal insulation: UD= 0,58 W/m2K --thickness of the door wing: 90 mm --Acoustic insulation: RW= 40(-1,-4)dB – Intrusion resistance class: RC2 – dimensions min. door: 870x1980 mm – dimensions max. doors: 1070x2180 mm – thickness of linings: 3 mm -quantity: —points of locking: 3points --points of balancing blocking: 3 point – hinges: It’s 4 pieces. Tasks: the objective of the project will be achieved thanks to investment in fixed assets and in German and legal values. The task is described in detail in point. D1 of the application for funding. Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności firmy "PW "VIKKING KTS" SP. Z O.O. (VIKKING) poprzez wdrożenie przez firmę wyników prac B+R w postaci innowacyjnych produktów:drzwi Arctic Ultra i Arctic 3D. Innowacyjność rozwiązania polega na połączeniu skrzydła kompozytowego z użyciem 3 płyt,z których płyta środkowa ma za zadanie zwiększyć statykę skrzydła, jego odporność na włamanie i poprawić parametry akustyczne z dedykowaną temu rozwiązaniu ościeżnicą PVC. Istotnym elementem innowacyjności rozwiązania jest budowa konstrukcji nośnej skrzydła drzwiowego, której składowymi elementami są profile z drewna klejonego warstwowo z fornirów LVL, oraz profile kompozytowe spienionego PVC. Ponadto skrzydło drzwiowe posiadać będzie dwustopniową przylgę, która pozwoli na osadzenie skrzydła o grubości 90mm w istniejącej ościeżnicy PVC, co znacząco zwiększy izolacyjność zespołu drzwiowego,oraz zwiększy atrakcyjność wizualną. Dodatkowo technologia zapewni proces produkcyjny umożliwiający masową kastomizację wyrobu.Zastosowanie wskazanych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych umożliwi uzyskanie wymaganych parametrów końcowych nowych energooszczędnych drzwi,które będą tym samym innowacyjnym produktem na skalę międzynarodową. Kluczowe cechy produktu: zwiększona: --izolacyjność termiczna: UD= 0,58W/m2K --grubość skrzydła drzwiowego: 90mm --izolacyjność akustyczna: RW= 40(-1,-4)dB -klasa odporności na włamanie: RC2 -wymiary min. drzwi: 870x1980mm -wymiary max. drzwi: 1070x2180mm -grubość okładzin: 3mm -ilość: --pktów ryglowania: 3pkt --pktów blokad antywyważeniowych: 3pkt --zawiasów: 4szt.
