The main objective of the project is to implement the results of the R & D work that could lead to the development of an innovative service. The company RS Engineering is planning to implement in its activities the results of its research activities on the basis of which an innovative service is developed to be offered at the establishment of a sophisticated design, optimisation, performance and re-testing of prototype pre-implementation products. Main action area: efficient design and application of reverse engineering to the fast mapping of sample elements sent by customers to generate 3D models on which modernisation and optimisation work will then be carried out and testing and testing of the characteristics of the samples. As part of the project, a basic machine park will be purchased (i.e., universal CNC milling machine, universal lathes, edge press, 40T press, 3D printer, 3D scanner, D scanner with an integral computer, scanning software to scanner, computer, CAD software), which will allow small series to be filled with a reduced cost. Universal CNC milling machine and universal turning machine safeguarding the basic treatment, the edges of the 3D printer secure the plastic sheet (trim and tools). the D printer collateralises each component of the compound required for the prototype, a 3D scanner, together with a computer, supports the reverse engineering in order to accurately measure the physical details, the computer and the CAD software are necessary at the design stage. This will allow the company not only to design but also to carry out short prototype lots required for testing or as batch releases. The target group will be: companies: local and foreign, involved in the creation of new products and services. All planned indicators in the following tables are planned to be reached. (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, dzięki którym było możliwe opracowanie innowacyjnej usługi. Firma RS Engineering planuje wdrożyć do swojej działalności wyniki przeprowadzonych przez siebie prac badawczych, na bazie których została opracowana innowacyjna usługa, która będzie oferowana w zakładzie- usługa kompleksowego projektowania, optymalizacji, wykonania i przebadania prototypowych wyrobów przedwdrożeniowych. Główny obszar działania: efektywne projektowanie i zastosowanie inżynierii odwrotnej do szybkiego odwzorowywania elementów próbkowych wysyłanych przez klientów do wygenerowania modeli 3D na których następnie będą przeprowadzane prace modernizacyjne i optymalizacyjne konstrukcji oraz sprawdzenie i przebadanie właściwości próbek. W ramach realizacji projektu nastąpi zakup podstawowego parku maszynowego (tj. frezarka uniwersalna CNC, tokarka uniwersalna, prasa krawędziowa, prasa mimośrodowa 40T, drukarka 3D, skaner 3D wraz z integralnym komputerem, oprogramowanie pomiarowe do skanera, komputer, oprogramowanie CAD) co pozwoli na wykonanie małych serii detali - po obniżonych kosztach. Frezarka uniwersalna CNC i tokarka uniwersalna zabezpiecza podstawową obróbkę skrawaniem, prasa krawędziowa i mimośrodowa zabezpiecza obróbkę plastyczną blach (wykrawki i narzędzia w kooperacji) drukarka 3D zabezpiecza każdy element tworzywowy wymagany do prototypu, skaner 3D wraz z komputerem wspomaga inżynierię odwrotną-w celu precyzyjnego dokonania pomiaru na fizycznym detalu, komputer i oprogramowanie CAD niezbędne są na etapie projektowania. Dzięki temu firma będzie mogła nie tylko zaprojektować ale również wykonać krótkie partie prototypowe wymagane na testy lub jako partie dopuszczeniowe. Grupę docelową stanowić będą: przedsiębiorstwa: lokalni i zagraniczni, biorący udział w kreowaniu nowych produktów i usług. Planowane jest osiągnięcie wszystkich planowanych wskaźników zawartych w tabelach poniżej. (Polish)
