Konieczność monitorowania obszarów leśnych wynika z rozporządzeń dotyczących zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowego obszarów leśnych oraz Instrukcji ochrony przeciwpożarowej lasu wprowadzonej Zarządzeniem nr 54 Dyrektora Generalnego Lasów Państwowych z dnia 21 listopada 2011 roku, znak sprawy: ZO-021-1-5/11. Istniejąca kategoria zagrożenia pożarowego lasu (KZPL) oraz stopień zagrożenia pożarowego lasu (SZPL) określają kierunki działania i zadania w zakresie ochrony przeciwpożarowej. Wsparcie przedsięwzięcia zakupu oraz montażu systemu obserwacji przeciwpożarowej z zakresu tworzenia systemu ochrony środowiska i wykorzystania jego zasobów w sposób bezpośredni przyczyni się do reagowania na zmiany klimatu oraz zwiększenia efektywności wykorzystania zasobów. Jednocześnie wobec silnej i narastającej antropopresji na tereny cenne przyrodniczo i krajobrazowo szczególnie istotne jest utrzymanie i ochrona różnorodności biologicznej w obecnym stanie. Zgodnie z Planem Urządzenia Lasu na lata 2013 – 2022 Nadleśnictwo Brzeziny znajdują się w II kategorii zagrożenia pożarowego lasu (KZPL) obejmującej teren lasów całego nadleśnictwa o podobnej podatności na pożary ustalonej na podstawie częstotliwości występowania pożarów, warunków drzewostanowych i klimatycznych, jak również czynników antropogenicznych. Przyjęte rozwiązania techniczne/technologiczne są zgodne z obowiązującymi standardami w danym zakresie, są zgodne z wymogami prawa, między innymi z zasadą równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn oraz z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami (m.in. poprzez zastosowanie koncepcji uniwersalnego projektowania lub mechanizmu racjonalnych usprawnień, zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w ramach funduszy unijnych na lata 2014-2020). The need to monitor forest areas results from regulations concerning fire protection of forest areas and the Forest Fire Protection Manual introduced by Order No. 54 of the Director-General of State Forests of 21 November 2011, a sign of the case: ZO-021-1-5/11. The existing forest fire hazard category (KZPL) and the level of forest fire hazard (SZPL) define the directions and tasks of fire protection. Support for the purchase and installation of a fire observation system for the creation of an environmental protection system and the use of its resources will directly contribute to responding to climate change and increasing resource efficiency. At the same time, in view of the strong and increasing anthropopression of natural and landscape valuable areas, it is particularly important to maintain and protect biodiversity in its present state. According to the Forest Device Plan for the years 2013-2022 Brzezina Forestry Forestry is included in the forest fire hazard category II (KZPL) covering the forest area of all forests with similar fire susceptibility based on the frequency of fires, stands and climatic conditions, as well as anthropogenic factors. The technical/technological solutions adopted comply with the applicable standards in the scope and comply with legal requirements, inter alia, with the principle of equal opportunities for men and women and the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities (including through the application of a universal design concept or a rational improvement mechanism, in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men within the framework of EU funds for the period 2014-2020).
