Investor and Main Beneficiary – Daszyna Municipality. The final beneficiaries are residents of the municipality. The direct objective of the project is to minimise energy demand and consequently avoid the consumption of conventional fuels, thus avoiding emissions of air pollutants responsible for low emissions and greenhouse gas emissions. Thanks to the use of RES there will be an increase in energy security of the municipality and the voivodship. The project will increase the competitiveness of the low-carbon economy in the commune and region and increase the competitiveness and socio-economic attractiveness of the municipality. A demonstration project aimed at encouraging other local authorities, residents and entrepreneurs to invest in such projects. The indirect objective is to promote the municipality as a self-government supporting activities directly serving its inhabitants. The project includes the construction of two passive public utility buildings – a biomass laboratory building in Daszyna and a social building in Mazewa, including the execution of works: architectural and construction works – preparatory works, earthworks; foundations and insulations; external and internal structural walls, partition walls; reinforced concrete structures – ceiling slabs, substrings, posts; roof construction and cover; metalworking; substrates and floors; window and door carpentry; plaster and walling, with the use of energy-saving solutions, sanitary installations – heating system for ventilating and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery, external and internal water and sewer systems with the use of energy-saving and electrical solutions – energy-efficient lighting; PV installation, other electrical installations, including low current and telecommunication. Inwestor i Beneficjent główny - Gmina Daszyna. Beneficjenci końcowi - mieszkańcy gminy. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zminimalizowanie zapotrzebowania na energię, a w konsekwencji uniknięcie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych, co pozwoli na uniknięcie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza odpowiedzialnych za powstawanie zjawiska niskiej emisji oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Dzięki zastosowaniu OZE nastąpi wzrost bezpieczeństwa energetycznego gminy i województwa. Projekt wpłynie na podniesienie konkurencyjności gospodarki niskoemisyjnej w gminie i regionie oraz na wzrost konkurencyjności i atrakcyjności społeczno-gospodarczej Gminy. Projekt demonstracyjny, którego celem jest wywołanie efektu zachęty dla innych władz lokalnych, mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców do inwestowania w takie przedsięwzięcia. Cel pośredni to promocja Gminy jako samorządu wspierającego działania służące bezpośrednio jej mieszkańcom. Realizacja projektu obejmuje budowę dwu pasywnych budynków użyteczności publicznej – budynku laboratorium biomasy w Daszynie oraz budynku socjalnego w Mazewie, w tym wykonanie robót: architektoniczno-konstrukcyjnych - roboty przygotowawcze, ziemne; fundamenty i izolacje; ściany konstrukcyjne zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne, ściany działowe; konstrukcje żelbetowe - płyty stropowe, podciągi, słupy; konstrukcja i pokrycie dachu; obróbki blacharskie; podłoża i posadzki; stolarka okienna i drzwiowa; tynki i oblicowania, z zastosowaniem rozwiązań energooszczędnych, instalacji sanitarnych – ogrzewanie systemem wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej z odzyskiem ciepła, zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne instalacje wod-kan i cwu z zastosowaniem rozwiązań energooszczędnych i elektrycznych - oświetlenie energooszczędne; instalacja PV, pozostałe instalacje elektryczne, w tym niskoprądowe i teletechniczne.
