The main reason for exceeding the limit values for air pollution in rural areas is their inflow of urban and local low emissions from the illegal incineration of municipal waste in homes. The message of the investment is to reduce emissions of pollutants in the region. The project consists of the construction and equipment of a reception facilities of a sporting hall in the town of Sierakowice Prague in the municipality of Skierniewice, designed for disabled persons in accordance with the concept of universal design. The innovative energy and design concept will correspond to the requirements of legal regulation, i.e. a building with very low energy demand for internal heating 11.5 kWh/(m².y), which provides thermal comfort by passive sources of heat (users, electrical equipment, direct heat returns from solar radiation through a properly designed window layout and building glazing, solar panels, recovered ventilation heat). Monitoring of the level of energy consumption (machine automation — energy management system in the building) will be implemented. It is also envisaged to promote the uptake of the solutions used and the use of the project as a demonstration. In the context of bringing the knowledge relating to the building in question and the idea of energy savings, a scoreboard setting out the principle of action of the passive building will be created and an educational and information campaign will be launched. The direct objective is to improve air quality in the municipality of Skierniewice by means of a demonstration project for the construction of a passive public building using a technique that provides an environmental benefit, contributing to reducing heat losses and reducing the level of operational costs. The project will be directly aimed at the inhabitants of the municipality of Skierniewice — 7.484 people and in the long term for all residents of Łódź Province. (English)

    Główną przyczyną przekroczenia dopuszczalnych norm zanieczyszczeń w powietrzu na obszarach wiejskich jest ich napływ znad obszarów zurbanizowanych oraz lokalna niska emisja pochodząca z nielegalnego spalania odpadów komunalnych w domach. Przesłaniem inwestycji jest ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń w regionie. Projekt polega na budowie i wyposażeniu obiektu przyszkolnej sali sportowej w miejscowości Sierakowice Prawe w Gminie Skierniewice, przystosowanego dla osób niepełnosprawnych zgodnie z koncepcją uniwersalnego projektowania. Nowatorska idea energetyczno-architektoniczna będzie odpowiadała wymaganiom stawianym przez regulacje prawe tj. będzie to budynek o bardzo niskim zapotrzebowaniu na energię do ogrzewania wnętrza 11,5 kWh/(m2/rok), w którym komfort termiczny zapewniony będzie przez pasywne źródła ciepła (użytkownicy, urządzenia elektryczne, bezpośrednie zyski ciepła z promieniowania słonecznego poprzez odpowiednio zaprojektowany układ okien i przeszkleń w budynku, panele fotowoltaiczne, ciepło odzyskane z wentylacji). Wdrożony zostanie monitoring poziomu zużycia energii (automatyka urządzeń – system zarządzania energią w budynku). Przewiduje się też działania w zakresie upowszechnienia zastosowanych rozwiązań i wykorzystania projektu jako demonstracyjnego. W ramach przybliżenia wiedzy dotyczącej przedmiotowego budynku i idei energooszczędności, powstanie tablica przedstawiająca zasadę działania budynku pasywnego oraz przeprowadzona zostanie kampania edukacyjno-informacyjna. Celem bezpośrednim jest poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Skierniewice poprzez realizację demonstracyjnego projektu polegającego na budowie pasywnego budynku użyteczności publicznej z wykorzystaniem techniki zapewniającej korzyści dla środowiska, przyczyniającego się do ograniczenia strat ciepła i zmniejszenia poziomu kosztów eksploatacyjnych. Projekt bezpośrednio służyć będzie mieszkańcom Gminy Skierniewice – 7.484 os., a w dalszej perspektywie wszystkim mieszkańcom woj. łódzkiego. (Polish)
