Przedmiotem projektu jest powstanie i funkcjonowanie 4 placówek opieki dla dzieci. Cel główny projektu to Zwiększenie dostępu dla 360 dzieci (w tym 162 dziewcząt i 198 chłopców) z terenu m. Łodzi i powiatu zgierskiego do placówek opieki, zwiększających ich integrację społeczną i przeciwdziałających rozwoju patologii w ich środowisku. Cel główny wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy SZOOP RPO WŁ. Grupą docelową projektu są dzieci z terenu woj. łódzkiego zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. Działania przewidziane do realizacji w niniejszym projekcie: 1. Organizacja pracy podwórkowej placówek 2. Organizacja pracy opiekuńczej placówek 3. Organizacja pracy specjalistycznej placówek. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie zwiększenie integracji społecznej tych dzieci oraz przeciwdziałanie rozwojowi różnorodnych patologii w ich środowisku poprzez objęcie ich wsparciem w rozwianiu komp. kluczowych, opieką psychologiczną oraz działaniami animacyjnymi i socjoterapeutycznymi.
