Celem projektu jest wszechstronne, specjalistyczne wsparcie rodzin w przezwyciężeniu trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiek.-wych. w miejscu ich zamieszkania oraz zmninimalizuje umieszczenie dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Realizacja projektu pozwoli rozwinąć i wzmocnić umiejętności w zakresie pełnienia roli i funkcji rodziny u 10 beneficjentow wraz z ich otoczeniem, jak również wesprze 3 miejsca świadczenia usług społ. BO otrzymają w ramach projektu wsparcie asystenta rodziny, porad. specjal. oraz terapię rodzinną. Grupę docelową stanowi 10 osób (7 kobiet i 3 mężczyzn) oraz ich otoczenie-małżonkowie, dzieci z rodzin zagrożonych wykl. społ., korzystających ze świadczeń pom. społ, przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji rodzicielskich.W dwóch rodzinach ujętych w projekcie funkcjonują osoby niepeł. W 3 rodzinach wystepuje problem z nadużywaniem alkoholu. Wieksza ilość kobiet ujętych w projekcie wynika z faktu, iż to kobiety przejmują w rodzinach większość obowiązków opiek.-wych. W ramach realizacji proj., wnioskodawca zatrudni na umowę zlecenie asystenta rodziny (160 godz. m-cznie na okres 12 m-cy.,co daje 16 godz. m-cznie pracy asystenta w 1 rodzinie ), oraz psychologa (40 godz. miesięcznie na okres 10 m-cy, 4 godz. m-cznie pracy w 1 rodzinie ).Praca asystenta rodz. i psychologa będzie prowadzona w miejscu zamieszkania rodziny, co pozwoli zminimalizować bariery związane z dojazdem, zapewnieniem opieki nad dziećmi, wygospodarowaniem czasu.Osoby wspierające rodziny, indywidualnie podejdą do probl. danej rodziny, dostarczą właściwych wzorców i sposobów radzenia sobie z bezrobociem, uzależnieniami, probl. z zachowywaniem się dzieci. Wnioskodawca zleci również firmie zewnętrznej, przeprowdzenie na wyjeździe, treningu kompetencji wych.-opiek. Wyjazd ten zintegruje rodzinę, zapobiegnie ich izolacji, zacieśni relacje między członkami rodziny. Nadzór nad realizacją poszczególnych działań będzie miał koordynator projektu. (Polish)

The implementation of the project will help develop and strengthen the skills of the role and family functions of 10 beneficiaries together with their surroundings, as well as support 3 places to provide services to the community. Because they will receive support as part of the project as a family assistant, counselling. specialty and family therapy. The target group consists of 10 people (7 women and 3 men) and their spouses, children from vulnerable families benefiting from social benefits, experiencing difficulties in fulfilling their parental functions.In the two families included in the project, there are few. In 3 families there is a problem with alcohol abuse. The greater number of women included in the project is due to the fact that it is women who take over most of the care responsibilities in their families. As part of the implementation of the project, the applicant will hire on contract a family assistant (160 hrs. for the period of 12 months., which gives 16 hours of work as an assistant in 1 family), and a psychologist (40 hours a month for the period of 10 months, 4 hours m-work in 1 family).The work of the family assistant will be conducted in the place of residence of the family, which will allow to minimise barriers related to travel, provision of a given child care, and management. The applicant will also commission an external company, apologies on departure, training of skills of the.-optics. This trip will integrate the family, prevent their isolation, strengthen relations between family members. The project coordinator will supervise the implementation of individual activities.
