Investor and Main Beneficiary – the Municipality of Friday; the final beneficiaries are residents of the municipality. Objectives: reducing the demand for conventional energy; improving energy efficiency in the utilities sector. The effects of the project, thanks to the implementation of RES, are an increase in energy security. The project will affect: improving the competitiveness of the low-carbon economy in the municipality and region, its socio-economic attractiveness, combating its marginalisation and energy poverty. Intermediate goal – promotion of the municipality. The project includes a thorough thermal modernisation of the municipal facility in Piątek Street. School 1 i.e. 2 buildings – primary school with gymnasium and middle school, consisting of: primary school with gymnasium – insulation of external partitions, replacement of external windows, glazed surfaces and doors, modernisation of heating systems, gymnasium – insulation of external partitions, replacement of external windows and doors, modernisation of heating systems and installation of heat pump assisted by the installation of photovoltaic cells for electricity production and the existing oil boiler. The project uses the concept of universal design at stages: preparatory – electronic availability of documentation and information – possibility to change editing parameters, understandable content, implementation – availability by securing works, preparation for construction time of entrances to buildings and operating – entrances to buildings, obtaining thermal comfort for all users. The project takes into account accessibility for all groups with disabilities. In view of the intention to publish information about the project, the beneficiary will ensure that the BIP accessibility requirements are maintained. The project is the next stage of energy efficiency measures in the municipality, which has been implementing projects for years, consistent with each other and having an impact on improving air quality and increasing the competitiveness of the low-carbon economy.     Inwestor i Beneficjent główny - Gmina Piątek; beneficjenci końcowi - mieszkańcy gminy. Cele: zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię konwencjonalną; poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze użyteczności publicznej. Efekty projektu, dzięki realizacji OZE to zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. Projekt wpłynie na: podniesienie konkurencyjności gospodarki niskoemisyjnej w gminie i regionie, jej atrakcyjności społeczno-gospodarczej, przeciwdziałanie jej marginalizacji i ubóstwu energetycznemu. Cel pośredni - promocja Gminy. Projekt obejmuje gruntowną termomodernizację gminnego obiektu w Piątku ul. Szkolna 1 tj. 2 budynki – szkoły podstawowej z salą gimnastyczną i gimnazjum, polegającą na: szkoła podstawowa z salą gimnastyczną – dociepleniu przegród zewnętrznych, wymianie zewnętrznych okien, powierzchni przeszklonych i drzwi, modernizacji instalacji grzewczych, gimnazjum – dociepleniu przegród zewnętrznych, wymianie zewnętrznych okien i drzwi, modernizacji instalacji grzewczych i wykonaniu instalacji pompy ciepła wspomaganej instalacją ogniw fotowoltaicznych do produkcji energii elektrycznej oraz istniejącym kotłem olejowym. W projekcie zastosowano koncepcję uniwersalnego projektowania na etapach: przygotowawczym – dostępność elektroniczna dokumentacji i informacji - możliwość zmiany parametrów edycji, zrozumiałe treści, realizacyjnym - dostępność poprzez zabezpieczenie robót, przygotowanie na czas budowy wejść do budynków i eksploatacyjnym - wejścia do budynków, uzyskanie komfortu cieplnego dla wszystkich użytkowników. Projekt uwzględnia dostępność dla wszystkich grup niepełnosprawnych. W związku z zamiarem publikacji informacji na temat projektu, Beneficjent zapewni zachowanie wymagań dostępności strony BIP. Projekt to kolejny etap działań w zakresie racjonalizacji zużycia energii na terenie gminy, która od lat realizuje przedsięwzięcia, spójne ze sobą i mające wpływ na poprawę jakości powietrza oraz wzrost konkurencyjności gospodarki niskoemisyjnej.
