The main objective of the project is to: Improve energy efficiency in the public sector through the thermal modernisation of public buildings in the municipality of Nowosolna. Users of modernised infrastructure will be local residents. The material scope of the investment includes the thermal modernisation of three public buildings: The Municipality of Nowosolna: Replacement of window and door carpentry (was carried out in 2016), replacement of window joinery in the conference room (was completed in 2016), Modernisation of central heating system, installation of lightning system, Modernisation of lighting system, installation of photovoltaic installation, Building warming, Floor warming, Insulation of foundation walls, Modernisation of the Roof partition, accompanying works (dismantling and preparatory work). OSP in Lipina: Modernisation of hot water system, Replacement of door carpentry, insulation of external walls, Modernisation of the roof partition, Modernisation of heating system. OSP in Stary Skoszewy: Installation – installation of thermostatic heads and weather and time automation, Replacement of window joinery, Replacement of entrance doors, Warming of external walls, Warming of meeting room ceilings, warming of ceilings over the rest of the building, Modernisation of lighting system.     Głównym celem projektu jest: Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym poprzez termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Nowosolna. Użytkownikami zmodernizowanej infrastruktury będą mieszkańcy gminy. Korzyści wynikające z osiągnięcia celów projektu związanych z poprawą efektywności energetycznej a tym samym związanych z jakością powietrza atmosferycznego wykraczać będą poza jej granice. Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje termomodernizację trzech budynków użyteczności publicznej: Urząd Gminy Nowosolna: Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (zostało zrealizowane w 2016), wymiana stolarki okiennej w sali konferencyjnej (zostało zrealizowane w 2016), Modernizacja instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, Montaż instalacji odgromowej, Modernizacja systemu oświetlenia, Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, Docieplenie budynku, Docieplenie stropów, Izolacja ścian fundamentowych, Modernizacja przegrody Dach, Roboty towarzyszące (prace demontażowe i przygotowawcze).
