Celem gł. projektu jest poprawa dostępu do usług społ. ograniczających ubóstwo i wykluczenie społeczne rodzin borykających się z trudnościami w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych. Gł. rezultatem projektu będzie kompleksowe wsparcie rodzin poprzez współpracę z asystentem rodziny i udostępnienie szerokiego zakresu usług społ.Gr. docelową projektu będzie 10 rodzin z terenu miasta Głowna dla których przewidziano następujące zadania: usługi asystenta,treningi: kompetencji rodzicielsko–wychowawczych, kulinarny, rodzinny, prelekcja- spotkanie z dietetykiem, warsztaty gospodarowania budżetem domowym, usługi pedagoga, psychologa, prawnika.Projekt koordynowany będzie przez pracownika ops, współpracującego z pracownikami socjal. realizującymi projekt, którzy wspólnie będą monitorować realizację projektu sporządzając raz w m-cu notatki służbowe z przebiegu realizacji usług. Promocja realizowana będzie poprzez zamieszczanie informacji na stronie Internet. mops i rozpowszechnianiu informacji w środowisku. (Polish)
