Activity 2 — Support coaching — 12h/OP Objective: mentoring of participants and minimising negative spill-over effects, poverty, unemployment and underemployment. Activity 3 — Specific advisory support — 6h/OP Objective: assistance in difficult situations, which constitute a barrier to the reintegration of Zadanie 4 — Career guidance — 8h/OP Objective: to increase activity. UP Activity 5 — Adult Vocational Training (PZD) — Phase 1 of the theoretical preparation Objective: increasing the professional skills of the UP in relation to the identified gaps in competence, needs and plans. Activity 6 — Adult Vocational Training (PZD) — Step 2: practical training at the workplace — 3 months/OP Objective: work experience and social integration Task 7 — Indirect labour market, 8h/OP Objective: increasing employment opportunities thanks to this support will significantly increase the chances of the OP to engage in participation and employment, and this will contribute to achieving the goal.
