Development of Individual Social Reintegration — 8h/OP Objective: diagnosis of the problem situation, including from the point of view of the mental, social and professional health situation, resources, capacity, predisposition and capabilities. 2. Life and carbon coaching 8h/UP mentoring of participants and minimising negative spill-over effects, poverty, unemployment and underemployment. 3. Occupational guidance — group objective: to increase activity. UP, facilitating contact with employers 4. Ind.selected training course 100h, max. 2 months Objective: increasing the professional skills of the UP in relation to the identified gaps in competence, needs and plans. 5. Employment intermediation 12h/OP Objective: increasing employment opportunities for 6. Traineeships — 5 months/OP Objective: in order to gain work experience and social integration, the above support will significantly increase the chances of the OP to engage in participation and employment, and this will contribute to the achievement of the goal.
