Cel główny to podniesienie kompetencji zaw. 165 uczniów (79K) ZSP w Wieruszowie zwiększające ich szanse na rynku pracy, przez m.in. realizację staży oraz podniesienie kompetencji ZAW 26 (17K) nauczycieli z ZSP, przez m.in. studia podypl., kursy, szkolenia oraz podniesienie jakości nauczania w ZSP przez m.in. wyposażenie w sprzęt niezbędny do kształ. ZAW do 31.12.2017. Proj jest skierowany do gr docelowych z woj. łódzkiego - 165 uczniów/czennic (79 kobiet - K) z ZSP oraz do 26 nauczycieli (17 K). W ramach proj. 165 uczniów (79 uczennice) ZSP, odbędzie staże i praktyki ZAW u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h na jednego ucznia, a także wezmą udział w kursach wyposażających w wiedzę niezbędną na rynku pracy. Ponadto 26 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach, kursach i studiach podyplomowych, a pracownie i warsztaty szkolne zostaną doposażone w niezbędny sprzęt.Współpraca z firmami będzie realizowana w oparciu o rozwiązanie wypracowane w ramach proj innowacyjnego testującego PO KL Innowacyjne Szkolnictwo Zawodowe na Mazowszu Płockim, to jest pięcio-modułowego programu współpracy szkół ZAW i pracodawców.Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to:• liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS - 2 • liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 26, 17 K• liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy – 125, 43 K.
