The project involves carrying out renovation and modernisation works of 4 practical study studios, as well as the purchase of furniture for conducting classes and examinations in the field of computer science and logistics. The aim of the investment is to improve the skills and qualifications of future employees in response to the needs of the labour market, together with the improvement of the conditions and quality of vocational training in the Local Government Schools in Witnica, the project complements tasks in the field of improving vocational education and at the same time is complementary intra-programme to the project under action 8.4 “Improving the quality of vocational training” RPO-L2020 the title of the project: “Modernisation of vocational training in the Local Government Schools Complex in Witnica (ZSS)” for which Witnica Municipality is the leading body and consists of 2 schools conducting vocational education: College (TE) and Basic Vocational School (ZSZ). The scope of the work includes construction and electrical works with a teletechnical network of 4 premises for practical training. This will allow the professional preparation of future employees in the field of IT technology and logistics techniques, as well as conducting exams from the practical part, and the rooms will also be equipped with the necessary means, i.e. desks/tables, chairs and cabinets, which will allow for full protection of workstations. Such educational rooms will be of high educational offer and will affect the quality of vocational education. The objective at the level of the direct result is to make available to all high-quality professions for a target of 280 people. Vocational education requires urgent efforts to modernise the technical and teaching base in order to create conditions similar to the real working environment. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie prac remontowo - modernizacyjnych 4 pracowni praktycznej nauki zawodu, oraz zakup mebli do prowadzenia zajęć i egzaminów w zakresie informatyki i logistyki. Celem realizacji inwestycji jest podniesienie umiejętności i kwalifikacji przyszłych pracowników w odpowiedzi na potrzeby rynku pracy, wraz z poprawą warunków i jakości kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Samorządowych w Witnicy, Projekt stanowi uzupełnienie zadań w zakresie poprawy nauki zawodu i zarazem jest komplementarny wewnątrzprogramowo do realizowanego projektu z działania 8.4 „Doskonalenie jakości kształcenia zawodowego” RPO-L2020 tytuł projektu: „Modernizacja kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Samorządowych w Witnicy (ZSS)", dla którego Gmina Witnica jest organem prowadzącym i w skład którego wchodzą 2 szkoły prowadzące edukację zawodową: Technikum (TE) i Zasadnicza Szkoła Zawodowa (ZSZ). Zakres prac obejmuje roboty budowlane i elektryczne wraz z siecią teletechniczną 4 pomieszczeń przeznaczonych do praktycznej nauki zawodu. Pozwoli to na profesjonalne przygotowanie przyszłych pracowników w zakresie techniki informatyk i technik logistyk, oraz przeprowadzanie egzaminów z części praktycznej, również pomieszczenia zostaną wyposażone w niezbędne środki tj biurka/stoły, krzesła i szafki, co pozwoli na pełne zabezpieczenie stanowisk pracy. Tak przygotowane sale dydaktyczne będą stanowiły o wysokiej ofercie edukacyjnej oraz wpłyną na jakość nauczania zawodowego. Celem na poziomie bezpośredniego rezultatu jest udostępnienie dla wszystkich wysokiej jakości pracowni nauki zawodu docelowo - dla 280 osób. Szkolnictwo zawodowe wymaga pilnych działań w zakresie unowocześnienia bazy techniczno - dydaktycznej w celu stworzenia warunków zbliżonych do rzeczywistego środowiska pracy. Dostępu do nowej oferty edukacyjnej pozwoli na uzyskanie powyższych rezultatów. Rodzaj pracowni jakie będą doposażone w projekcie jest zgodny z aktualnym zapotrzebowani[. (Polish)
