Grupą docelową są ucz. ww. szkół i ich nauczyciele –przewiduje się, że w ciągu 7 lat proj. wsparciem zostanie objętych ogółem 27 520 ucz. i 212 naucz. przedmiotów mat.–przyr. Gł.efektem projektu jest zwiększenie do końca V 2023r. szans eduk.–zawod. ucz. z ww. szkół oraz przygotowanie ich do efektywnego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy zgodnie z potrzebami gosp. regionu wskutek zrealizowania zajęć rozwijających i wyrównawczych dla ucz. wszystkich typów szkół w zakr. nauk i przedmiotów matem.–przyrod., j.ang., zajęć z doradztwa zawod. dla gimnazjalistów i warsztatów doskonalących kompetencje nauczycieli w tym TIK oraz kursów nadających kwalifikacje z zakresu wczesnego nauczania j.ang.
