The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.08.2019 the employability and active participation of the community-vocation. 135 persons (75K/60M) at risk of poverty or exclusion.social, which in the first instance require the activation of the population, living under the KC in the Łódź Voivodship, coming exclusively from rural areas without employment (only inactive professions or unemployed with a third aid profile), including: min.13ON(7K/6M) The objective will be achieved by covering the above-mentioned group with support under the 4th Approvals: 1.development of IAC and competence training of the community. 2.jobcoaching, individuals. legal, civic and psychological counselling 3. Vocational training 4. internships and job mediation The project will bring the following RESULTAS: Up to 4 weeks after leaving the program: * gaining professional qualifications for at least 40 % of UP *work (including self-employed) by min.20 % UP *search for at least 40 % of UP Social and Employment Efficiency up to 3 months after completion of the UP’s participation in the project: *for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, the level of social efficiency – min.34 % and the level of employment efficiency – min. 22 % *for people with severe disabilities, people with intellectual disabilities and people with coupled disabilities, the level of social efficiency – min.34 % and the level of employment efficiency – min.12 % [SECURITY of data and analyses in part.
