Wdrożenie "POMOST - aktywne wsparcie osób karanych" ma na celu reintegrację społeczno-edukacyjno-zawodową 18 osób (1K i 17M) zwalnianych z zakładów karnych, mających trudności w integracji ze środowiskiem, w rozumieniu przepisów o pomocy społecznej, zamieszkałych na terenie woj. łódzkiego, przez realizację indywidualnego programu aktywiacji obejmującego warsztaty reintegracji społ. i zawod., wsparcie psychologiczne, prawne i doradztwo zawod., szkol. z kompetencji kluczowych i zawodowe, staże i pośrednictwo pracy, do końca VI 2019 r. "Działania reintegracji dla 18 osób w ramach niniejszego projektu udzielane będą w sposób kompleksowy i zindywidualizowany i przyczynią się do przywrócenia zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki, m.in.: - efektywności społecznej dla osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na poziomie 34%, - efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na poziomie 22%."
