The project is a response to the problem of insufficient linkage between the educational offer of vocational schools and the needs of the labour market. As a result, young people have considerable difficulties in starting their work. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 90 pupils from 4 vocational schools run by Toruń County, functioning within the School Complex of the Continuous Training Centre in Gronów, the School Complex in Chełmża, the Special Schools Team in Chełmża, through their gaining professional experience in the framework of high-quality internships and apprenticeships organised in cooperation with employers in the period up to 31.10.2017. The target group of the project will be 68 students from ZSW, ZSW. Support will be given to young people learning in the professions recommended by the Voivodeship Labour Market Council and in professions justified in diagnosis of demand prepared by schools and approved by the county as a leading body. The project, which will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.10.2017, will organise paid apprenticeships for 30 pupils and traineeships for 60 pupils, ranging from 150 hours per person. Students will have apprenticeships/internships on the basis of programmes prepared for them, under the supervision of a caregiver at the employer, among others, they will receive workwear, reimbursement of travel expenses and a scholarship for 150 hours worked. The project will achieve the following output indicators: 90 apprentices and vocational training establishments participating in apprenticeships and apprenticeships with employers, 90 pupils in schools and vocational training establishments supported by the programme and the output indicator: 90 students who have raised, acquired or completed their practical skills after leaving the program. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na problem niedostatecznego powiązania oferty edukacyjnej szkół zawodowych z potrzebami rynku pracy. W efekcie młodzież ma znaczne kłopoty z rozpoczęciem aktywności zawodowej. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 90 uczniów z 4 szkół zawodowych prowadzonych przez powiat toruński, funkcjonujących w ramach Zespołu Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego w Gronowie, Zespołu Szkół w Chełmży, Zespołu Szkół Specjalnych w Chełmży, poprzez zdobycie przez nich doświadczenia zawodowego w ramach wysokiej jakości staży i praktyk zawodowych zorganizowanych we współpracy z pracodawcami w okresie do 31.10.2017 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będzie 68 uczniów z ZS, CKU w Gronowie, 10 z ZS w Chełmży, 12 z ZSS w Chełmży. Wsparciem objęta zostanie młodzież ucząca się w zawodach rekomendowanych przez Wojewódzka Radę Rynku Pracy oraz w zawodach uzasadnionych w diagnozach zapotrzebowania przygotowanych przez szkoły i zatwierdzonych przez powiat jako organ prowadzący. W ramach projektu, który będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.01.2017 do 31.10.2017 r., zorganizowane zostaną płatne praktyki zawodowe dla 30 uczniów oraz staże dla 60 uczniów, w wymiarze 150 godz. na osobę. Uczniowie odbywać będą praktyki/staże zawodowe na podstawie przygotowanych dla nich programów, pod nadzorem opiekuna u pracodawcy, otrzymają m.in. odzież roboczą, zwrot kosztów za dojazdy i stypendium za przepracowane 150 godz. W ramach projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki produktu: 90 uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy, 90 uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego, którzy zostali objęci wsparciem w programie oraz wskaźnik produktu: 90 uczniów, którzy podnieśli, nabyli lub uzupełnili umiejętności praktyczne po opuszczeniu programu. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 339 750 zł, w tym wkład własny powiatu toruńskiego 16 987,50 zł. Projekt będzie realizowany w oparciu o kwoty ryczałtow (Polish)
