The purpose of the Bydgoszcz partnership project in Bydgoszcz and the city of Bydgoszcz is to increase the level of adaptation of the skills of pupils to the requirements of the labour market and to improve their employability. Within the project, 181 students, including 54 women and 127 men, will take place in companies. The target group of the project consists of the students of the Bydgoski technicians and of the basic vocational schools, a Team of Mechanics of the Mechanics of No 1, a Mechanics of the Mechanics of School No. 2, a Food and School Complex for occupations: electrical, electrical, mechatronics, technician, technician, appliance and renewable energy system operator, operator of machining machines, logistics techniques, food technology techniques, avionics technology, aerospace technician and technician. Recruitment of project participants will be carried out in the above schools and will be preceded by an information and promotion campaign. Within the framework of the project, cooperation will be established with companies providing students to traineeships and traineeships, providing them with a decent job and a guardian. Vocational school teachers and school directors, in cooperation with the trainee’s employer/supervisor, will develop programmes of traineeships and traineeships in which the skills and competences that the trainee/trainee will fill in by holding a traineeship/apprenticeship, his terms of reference and a timetable for carrying out traineeships/apprenticeships. According to these programmes, students will be engaged in internships and placements in companies. Monitoring of the implementation of the programmes and the progress of the student will continue. Participation in traineeships/apprenticeships will help students to increase or supplement their practical professional skills, which will increase their employability in the profession. (English)

    Celem projektu realizowanym w partnerstwie przez Bydgoski Klaster Przemysłowy i Miasto Bydgoszcz jest podniesienie poziomu dostosowania kompetencji zawodowych uczniów do wymogów rynku pracy i zwiększenia ich zdolności do zatrudnienia. W ramach projektu 181 uczniów, w tym 54 kobiety i 127 mężczyzn, odbędzie staże i praktyki zawodowe w przedsiębiorstwach. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią uczniowie bydgoskich techników i zasadniczych szkół zawodowych – Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych nr 1, Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych nr 2, Zespołu Szkół Spożywczych i Zespołu Szkół Ekonomiczno-Administracyjnych, kształcący się w zawodach: technik elektryk, elektryk, technik mechatronik, technik mechanik, technik urządzeń i systemów energetyki odnawialnej, operator obrabiarek skrawających, technik logistyk, technik technologii żywności, technik awionik, technik mechanik lotniczy i technik ekonomista. Rekrutacja uczestników projektu prowadzona będzie w ww. szkołach i poprzedzona będzie kampanią informacyjno-promocyjną. W ramach projektu nawiązana zostanie współpraca z przedsiębiorstwami, które przyjmą uczniów na staże i praktyki, zapewnią im odpowiednie stanowisko pracy i wyznaczą dla nich opiekuna. Nauczyciele przedmiotów zawodowych i dyrektorzy szkół we współpracy z pracodawcą/opiekunem stażysty/praktykanta opracują programy staży i praktyk, w których będą wskazane kompetencje i umiejętności, które stażysta/praktykant nabędzie odbywając staż/praktykę na danym stanowisku, jego zakres obowiązków oraz harmonogram realizacji stażu/praktyki. Zgodnie z tymi programami, uczniowie odbędą staże i praktyki w przedsiębiorstwach. Stale prowadzony będzie monitoring realizacji programów i postępy ucznia. Dzięki udziałowi w stażach/praktykach uczniowie podniosą, nabędą lub uzupełnią swoje praktyczne umiejętności zawodowe, co będzie zwiększało ich szanse na zatrudnienie w zawodzie. (Polish)
