Project titled: “The future in our hands” will be implemented in the Sępole County (voivodship: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, gmina Sępólno Krajeńskie and Więcbork) in the period from 01.09.2019 to 30.06.2020. The main objective of the project is to improve the knowledge and competences of key, proper attitudes and skills necessary in the labour market and to alleviate diagnosed dysfunctions in 165 pupils (89dz/76chł) attending: Janusz Korczak High School in Więcbork (47dz/38chł) and Tadeusz Kotarbinski Secondary School in Sępólna Krajeński (42dz/38chł) and developing an individual approach to the pupil, especially with special educational needs and increased professional competences in 26 teachers (22k/4m) of these schools. As part of the project, the following classes will be carried out: developing (studies in English, German, IT, mathematical and natural subjects), equalising (studies with: mathematics, German, physics), classes in professional counseling, entrepreneurship and training of key attitudes on the labour market as well as classes aimed at students with special educational needs. Teachers will be trained in: the use of ICT in teaching; developing the skills and attitudes needed to function on the labour market among pupils; using methods of experimentation in education to improve the quality of science teaching; preparation for the process of individualisation of work with a student with special educational needs. As part of the project, schools will be equipped with teaching aids and ICT equipment necessary to conduct modern, innovative and effective activities (especially those implemented within the framework of the project). All planned activities and forms of support are the result of school-based and approved educational needs diagnosis. (English)

    Projekt pt.: „Przyszłość w naszych rękach" realizowany będzie na terenie powiatu Sępoleńskiego (województwo: kujawsko-pomorskie, gmina Sępólno Krajeńskie oraz Więcbork) w okresie od 01.09.2019 do 30.06.2020. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie wiedzy i kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy i złagodzenie zdiagnozowanych dysfunkcji u 165 uczniów (89dz/76chł) uczęszczających do: Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Janusza Korczaka w Więcborku (47dz/38chł) oraz Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Tadeusza Kotarbińskiego w Sępólnie Krajeńskim (42dz/38chł) oraz rozwinięcie indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia, szczególnie ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz zrost kompetencji zawodowych u 26 nauczycieli (22k/4m) tych szkół. W ramach projektu zrealizowane będą zajęcia: rozwijające (zajęcia z j. angielskiego, j. niemieckiego, informatyki, przedmiotów matematyczno-przyrodniczych), wyrównujące (zajęcia z: matematyki, j.niemieckiego, fizyki), zajęcia z zakresu doradztwa zawodowego, przedsiębiorczości oraz treningu postaw kluczowych na rynku pracy a także zajęcia skierowane do uczniów o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Nauczyciele zostaną przeszkoleni w zakresie: wykorzystania technologii TIK w dydaktyce; rozwoju wśród uczniów umiejętności i postaw niezbędnych do funkcjonowania na rynku pracy; wykorzystania metod eksperymentu w edukacji, w celu podnoszenia jakości nauczania przedmiotów ścisłych; przygotowania do prowadzenia procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. W ramach projektu szkoły zostaną wyposażone w pomoce dydaktyczne i sprzęt TIK niezbędny do prowadzenia nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych i efektywnych zajęć (w szczególności tych realizowanych w ramach projektu). Wszystkie zaplanowane działania i formy wsparcia wynikają z przeprowadzonej w szkołach i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący diagnozy potrzeb eduk. (Polish)
