The project will include 194(101K,93M) pupils of the I-VI SP in Wiśniowa Góra, who live within the meaning of the CCC and learn in the Łódź Voivodship.The main objective is to improve the preparation of the above-mentioned pupils for effective functioning on the educational and occupational market in the period 1.08.2016r.-30.06.2018. through the improvement of the conditions of teaching in the field of ICT, development of key mathematical and natural competences in the field of mathematics, digital and educational disabilities in the field of ICT. The results are:1.Number of 194 pupils who acquired key competences after leaving the programme; 2.Number of 1 schools using ICT equipment to conduct educational activities; 3.Number of 46 students of the SP in Wiśniowa Góra with special educational needs, which were reduced by at least 10 %/15 %(annual programme/2-year) of educational disparities in the scope of Polish language and reducing by at least 5 %/8 %(annual/2-year programme) developmental dysfunctions in the field of speech defects, distortions of perception processes and social skills. The tasks are:1.Implementation of circles of interest and teaching and equanimity with key competences necessary on the labour and educational market, as well as appropriate attitudes/skills in the field of English, mathematics, nature, creativity and innovation for pupils in Wiśniowa Góra.     Projekt obejmie 194(101K,93M)uczniów kl.I-VI SP w Wiśniowej Górze,którzy zamieszkują w rozumieniu KC i uczą się na terenie województwa łódzkiego.Cel główny to poprawa przygotowania ww.uczniów do efektywnego funkcjonowania na rynku edukacyjno-zawodowym w okresie 1.08.2016r.-30.06.2018r.poprzez polepszenie warunków nauczania w obszarze TIK,rozwój kompetencji kluczowych matematyczno-przyrodniczych,cyfrowych,językowych i w zakresie uniwersalnych postaw/umiejętności,tj.kreatywność i innowacyjność oraz indywidualizację pracy z uczniami ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi,w tym młodszymi i niepełnosprawnymi. Rezultaty,to:1.Liczba 194 uczniów,którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu; 2.Liczba 1 szkoły wykorzystującej sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych; 3.Liczba 46 uczniów SP w Wiśniowej Górze ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi,u których nastąpiło zmniejszenie o min.10%/15%(program roczny/2-letni)dysproporcji edukacyjnych w zakresie jęz. polskiegoi zniwelowanie o min.5%/8%(program roczny/2-letni)dysfunkcji rozwojowych w zakresie wad wymowy,zaburzeń procesów percepcyjnych i umiejętności społecznych. Zadania,to:1.Realizacja kół zainteresowań oraz zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych z kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy i edukacyjnym oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności z zakresu jęz.angielskiego,matematyki,przyrody,kreatywności i innowacyjności dla uczniów SP w Wiśniowej Górze,2.Realizacja dodatkowych zajęć pozalekcyjnych rozwijających kompetencje cyfrowe uczniów SP w Wiśniowej Górze wraz z wyposażeniem szkoły w sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych umożliwiającego osiągnięcie funkcjonalności oraz utworzeniem wewnątrzszkolnych sieci bezprzewodowych,3.Realizacja terapii logopedycznej,pedagogicznej, socjoterapii oraz zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych z języka polskiego w ramach indywidualizacji pracy z uczniami ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi,w tym uczniami młodszymi i niepełnosprawnymi z SP w Wiśniowej Górze.
