W Nowinach Wielkich w ramach projektu „Na Środku Świata” w Nowinach Wielkich - poprawa dostępności i jakości edukacji przedszkolnej planuje się utworzenie 20 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, w tym dostosowanych do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami oraz dostosowanie 4 istniejących miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dla potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. Jest to niezbędne działanie na poziomie badań demograficznych w zakresie bezpieczeństwa zdrowotnego dla najmłodszych. Doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego, do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym w szczególności z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz w zakresie współpracy nauczycieli z rodzicami, w tym radzenia sobie w sytuacjach trudnych.
