The project “grandchildren in good hands” is a response to the problem described in RPO -Lubuskie 2020 – socio-occupational exclusion and poverty. The growing problem of unemployment and accompanying social exclusion among those who stayed at home to care for their grandchildren under the age of 4 is a challenge for many families today. Using the model of professional and social activation in the family environment, the project offers a chance for 210 unemployed people (including pensioners) who have distanced themselves from the labour market while caring for their grandchildren and who declare their willingness to return to work, to acquire skills and professional and social competences. The project activities will allow them to be reintegrated into society and the labour market, changing the status of the unemployed and supporting their immediate environment of 210 people(150K) by improving access to reintegration services taking into account the diagnosis of problem situations, resources, potential, predispositions, needs during the project period from 1.04.2018 to 31.07.2019/k.d.1/ (English) | |||||||||||||||
