Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości życia dla 8BO(8K/0M)zagrożonych wykluczeniem społeczno-zawodowym poprzez przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz upowszechnianie pracy socjalnej przez cały okres trwania projektu.Projekt jest skierowany do osób zamieszkujących teren gminy Czarnożyły w województwie łódzkim.Projekt zakłada poprawę sytuacji społeczno-zawodowej dla kobiet przeżywających trudności w odnalezieniu się w społeczeństwie a tym samym odizolowanych od aktywności zawodowej z różnych powodów: braku wiary we własne siły,braku motywacji do działania.Dzięki realizacji projektu zakładamy przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia8BO(8K/0M)z terenu gminy Czarnożyły poprzez udział w szkoleniach zawodowych, warsztatach z doradcą zawodowym oraz nabycie nowych umiejętności zawodowych,przełamanie barier,wzrost pewności siebie,zwalczanie stresu,rozwiązywanie konfliktów poprzez udział w warsztatach psychospołecznych,podniesienie kompetencji społecznych i życiowych uczestników poprzez indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa.Projekt umożliwia dostęp do usług społecznych poprzez możliwość zrobienia kursu prawa jazdy kat.B.Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie będą odbywały się w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji.Działania w projekcie zgodne ze standardem minimum w celu dostosowania odpowiednich form wsparcia w kontekście zdiagnozowanych nierówności.Projekt zakłada zwiększenie potencjału kadrowego GOPS w Czarnożyłach poprzez zatrudnienie nowego pracownika socjalnego.Pracownik socjalny będzie także współdziałał ze specjalistami, inicjował nowe formy pomocy osobom i rodzinom mającym trudna sytuację życiową poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia uczestnikom projektuGłówne zadania w ramach projektu: to zatrudnienie nowego pracownika socjalnego, wsparcie psychologiczne ind.i grupowe, zajęcia z doradcą zawodowym, kursy zawodowe,prawo jazdy kat.B,zasiłki celowe.
