The project “Umiem more” is directed to adults, people staying in family foster care in the Łowicz county and their surroundings. The main objective is to increase opportunities in the labour market through comprehensive programmes involving social and educational activation instruments. Thanks to the project, 90 people (k-54, m-36) will receive support based on a diagnosis of needs. The tools used for social activation are aimed at acquiring, restoring or strengthening social competences, resourcefulness, independence and social activity. The aim of educational activation is to increase the level of education and adapt education or qualifications to the needs of the labour market. As part of social activation, we propose: psychologist support, social work, group budget management training, training workshops, therapy. The activation of the educator is: financing the cat driving licence course. B, classes equalising educational opportunities (corporations), support for formal education by reimbursing all or part of the cost of purchasing textbooks, fees for students, bursa, tuition fees, etc. The target group needs support, but at the same time shows a lack of perseverance, emotional stability and goals in life. The project will be managed in an equal manner, i.e. that the management staff knows how to implement the principle of equality between women and men within the project and can apply it in its daily work on the project. Projekt "Umiem więcej" kierowany jest do pełnoletnich wychowanków, osób przebywających w rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej na terenie powiatu łowickiego oraz otoczenia tych osób. Celem głównym jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy poprzez realizację kompleksowych programów obejmujących instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej i edukacyjnej. Dzięki projektowi 90 osób (k-54, m-36) otrzyma wsparcie w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb. Zastosowane narzędzia aktywizacji społecznej mają na celu nabycie, przywrócenie lub wzmocnienie kompetencji społecznych, zaradności, samodzielności i aktywności społecznej. Celem aktywizacji edukacyjnej jest wzrost poziomu wykształcenia oraz dostosowanie wykształcenia lub kwalifikacji do potrzeb rynku pracy. W ramach aktywizacji społecznej proponujemy: wsparcie psychologa, pracę socjalną, grupowy trening gospodarowania budżetem, warsztaty szkoleniowe, terapię. Aktywizacja eduk. to: sfinansowanie kursu prawa jazdy kat. B, zajęć wyrównujących szanse edukacyjne (korepetycje), wspieranie edukacji formalnej poprzez refundację całości lub części kosztów zakupu podręczników, opłat za akademik, bursę, czesne, itp. Grupa docelowa potrzebuje wsparcia, ale jednocześnie wykazuje się brakiem wytrwałości, stabilności emocjonalnej i wytyczonych celów życiowych. Projekt będzie zarządzany w sposób równościowy, tzn., że personel odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie wie jak realizować zasadę równości kobiet i mężczyzn w ramach projektu i potrafi stosować ją w codziennej pracy przy projekcie.
