Project BC: “Expansion of the Voivodeship Road No. 726 on the section Opoczno-Żarnów – construction of the bypass of Wąglany” concerns the construction of the Wąglany ring road within the voivodship road no. 726 from km 51 + 304 to km 52+ 041, together with the infrastructure (product indicator – 0.72 km). The scope of construction works includes:-construction of the voivodship road, construction of intersections,-building of additional roadways,-construction of walkways,-construction of roads and construction of roads,-construction of waterways,-construction of waterways,-construction of drainage, open-growing ditches, indoor drainage and curtains reconstruction of electricity, water supply, sanitary, drainage, dismantling and alteration of the existing gantry structure, as well as a roadside chapel. In addition, the project includes, among others: cutting down trees and shrubs that conflict with the investment, recreation and execution of vertical and horizontal markings or setting up protective barriers. The project will improve infrastructure, increase driving comfort, improve safety for all traffic participants, and will have a positive impact on the environment. The extended road will counteract the marginalisation of social groups. The implementation of the investment will serve both residents who use it for professional or recreational purposes, as well as those coming from outside the region for tourism or business purposes. The implementation of the project shall be in line with the objective of: “Better transport accessibility of the voivodship in road traffic”. Projekt pn.: „Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej Nr 726 na odcinku Opoczno – Żarnów – budowa obwodnicy m. Wąglany” dotyczy budowy obwodnicy miejscowości Wąglany w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej nr 726 od km 51+304 do km 52+041, wraz z infrastrukturą (wskaźnik produktu – 0,72 km). Przedmiotowa inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na terenie województwa łódzkiego, powiatu opoczyńskiego, gminie Białaczów.Zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje:-budowę drogi wojewódzkiej,-budowę skrzyżowań,-budowę dodatkowych jezdni,-budowę chodników,-rozbiórkę i budowę zjazdów,-budowę przepustów,-przebudowę drogi wewnętrznej,-budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, rowów otwartych, krytych i drenażu,-budowę oświetlenia drogowego,-przebudowę sieci elektroenergetycznych,-przebudowę sieci wodociągowych,-przebudowę kanalizacji sanitarnej,-przebudowę sieci melioracyjnej,-przebudowę wylotu do rzeki Wąglanki.W ramach przebudowy infrastruktury kolidującej z inwestycją planuje się: przebudowę sieci elektroenergetycznych, wodociągowej, kanalizacji sanitarnej, melioracyjnej, demontaż i przestawienie istniejącej konstrukcji bramowej, a także przestawienie kapliczki przydrożnej. Ponadto projekt obejmuje m.in.: wycinkę drzew i krzewów kolidujących z inwestycją, odtworzenie i wykonanie oznakowania pionowego i poziomego czy ustawienie barier ochronnych. Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy infrastruktury, zwiększenia komfortu jazdy, poprawy bezpieczeństwa dla wszystkich uczestników ruchu, a także wywrze pozytywny wpływ na środowisko przyrodnicze. Rozbudowana droga będzie przeciwdziałała marginalizacji grup społecznych. Realizacja inwestycji służyć będzie zarówno mieszkańcom, którzy w celach zawodowych lub rekreacyjnych korzystają z niej, jak i osobom, przybywającym spoza regionu w celach turystycznych bądź biznesowych. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w osiągnięciu celu jakim jest: „Lepsza dostępność transportowa województwa w ruchu drogowym”.
