The subject of the project is the purchase of innovative machines and software that will increase the quality of the services provided by Bud-Trans. As part of the investment, the applicant plans to purchase fixed assets in the form of concrete pumps, bituminous emulsions and server infrastructure, as well as intangible assets in the form of company management software. A sprinkler with very precise automatic adjustment and condensation performance will be purchased. This will not only significantly improve the quality of road services, but also provide condensation services to external entities. The purchase of a concrete pump will enable both the fundamental improvement of the quality and efficiency of concrete production (pump capacity of up to 160 m³/h), as well as for the implementation of a new product – pumpable light concrete up to 1200 kg/m³, not available in the Łódź Voivodeship. The implementation of the project will help to better meet the needs of entities that are the target group for Bud-Trans, i.e. budget units, construction companies and private clients. The overarching objective of the investment project is to increase the innovativeness and competitiveness of Bud-Trans on the local and domestic markets. Diversification of the offer will increase the competitiveness of the company, contributing to the growth of revenues. Planned material effects obtained in the framework of the project: 1. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup innowacyjnych maszyn oraz oprogramowania, które pozwolą na zwiększenie jakości usług, świadczonych przez firmę Bud-Trans. W ramach inwestycji Wnioskodawca planuje zakupić środki trwałe w postaci pompy do betonu, skrapiarki emulsji bitumicznych oraz infrastruktury serwerowej, a także wartości niematerialne i prawne w postaci oprogramowania do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Zakupiona zostanie skrapiarka o bardzo precyzyjnej automatycznej regulacji i wydajności skrapiania. Pozwoli to nie tylko na istotne zwiększenie jakości wykonywanych usług drogowych, ale także na świadczenie usług skrapiania dla zewnętrznych podmiotów. Zakup pompy do betonu umożliwi zarówno zasadniczą poprawę jakości i wydajności w zakresie produkcji betonu (wydajność pompy sięgającą 160 m3/h), jak i na wdrożenie do oferty Bud-Trans nowego produktu – pompowalnego betonu lekkiego do 1200 kg/m3 , niedostępnego dotychczas w województwie Łódzkim). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na lepsze zaspokojenie potrzeb podmiotów, które są dla Bud-Trans grupą docelową tj. jednostek budżetowych, firm budowlanych oraz klientów prywatnych. Nadrzędnym celem realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego jest zwiększenie innowacyjności i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Bud-Trans na rynku lokalnym oraz krajowym. Dywersyfikacja oferty wpłynie na wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa, przyczyniając się do wzrostu osiąganych przychodów. Planowane efekty rzeczowe uzyskane w ramach projektu: 1. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie oraz dotację – 1 szt. 2. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) – 1 163546,90 zł 3.
