The aim of the project is to develop key competences in the labour market, i.e. mathematical and natural complications, ICT, foreign languages, creativity, innovation and teamwork. Pupils will be able to benefit from an additional, high-quality education offer in the form of innovative activities, providing an individual approach to pupils, enabling effective use of their skills, knowledge, talents and strengths, as well as showing ingenuity, resourcefulness and ability to work in a group. As a result of the project: 1170 pupils will be supported in the development of key competences, 36 nli will be supported in the programme, 12 n-li will be covered by ICT support, 12 schools (9 high schools and 3 technicians) will be equipped under the programme with ICT equipment for conducting educational activities, workshops in 12 schools will be retrofitted with the programme.Project activities:1) purchase of teaching aid and ICT tools for schools for mathematics and IT workshops 2; 3) ICT training for teachers in the use of modern technologies (new learning methods using digital tools);4) science and technology circles for pupils at university; 5) mathematical circles with elements of IT and entrepreneurship for pupils in schools and universities; (6) training for teachers in working methods with pupils-School of creativity; 7) scientific workshops for pupils in the learning centre in the region;8) learning camps for pupils in a learning centre in the region; 9) English course for pupils as part of language training; 10) provision of premises for project activities in schools.The classes will be conducted in specialised laboratories and laboratories of universities in the region, in schools and in the science centre in the region.     Celem projektu jest rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, tj. komp. matematyczno-przyrodnicze, ICT, języki obce, kreatywność, innowacyjność i praca zespołowa. Uczniowie będą mogli skorzystać z dodatkowej, zapewniającej wysoką jakość kształcenia oferty edukacyjnej w postaci zajęć prowadzonych w sposób innowacyjny, zapewniający indywidualne podejście do uczniów, umożliwiający efektywne wykorzystanie ich umiejętności, wiedzy, talentów i mocnych stron, a także wykazywanie się pomysłowością, zaradnością, umiejętnością pracy w grupie. W efekcie realizacji proj: 1170 uczniów zostanie objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych, 36 n-li zostanie objętych wsparciem w programie, 12 n-li zostanie objętych wsparciem z zakresu TIK, 12 szkół (9 liceów i 3 technika) zostanie wyposażonych w ramach programu w sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych, pracownie przedmiotowe w 12 szkołach zostaną doposażone w programie.Działania w projekcie:1) zakup pomocy dydaktycznych i narzędzi TIK dla szkolnych pracowni matematycznych i informatycznych;2) koła programistów w szkołach i na uczelni wyższej; 3) szkolenie ICT dla nauczycieli w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych technologii (nowe metody kształcenia z wykorzystaniem narzędzi cyfrowych);4) koła naukowo-techniczne dla uczniów na uczelni wyższej; 5) koła matematyczne z elementami informatyki i przedsiębiorczości dla uczniów w szkołach i na uczelni wyższej;6) szkolenia dla nauczycieli w zakresie metod pracy z uczniem-Szkoła kreatywności; 7) warsztaty naukowe dla uczniów w centrum nauki w regionie;8) obozy naukowe dla uczniów w centrum nauki w regionie;9) kurs języka angielskiego dla uczniów w ramach kształcenia kompetencji językowych; 10) udostępnienie pomieszczeń na potrzeby zajęć projektowych w szkołach.Zajęcia będą prowadzone w pracowniach specjalistycznych i laboratoriach uczelni wyższej z regionu, w szkołach i w centrum nauki w regionie.
