The Connecting Project NAS NAUKA comprises 3 primary schools and 2 gymnasium, for which Pruszcz commune is the leading body. It is aimed at pupils and students, teachers, teachers and parents. It assumes the development of key competences of pupils, educational and vocational advice and a personalised approach to the student, especially with special educational needs. The project envisages carrying out tasks in the period from 1.03.2017 to 30.09.2018 in favour of: 1) shaping and developing key competences of 167 pupils and pupils (doctoral-equalising and developing interests in mathematics and natural sciences, foreign languages and ICT; workshops on developing creativity, innovation and teamwork; after-school workshops in physics, chemistry, biology and geography; equipping 5 schools with teaching aids and ICT tools; 2) the process of individualisation of work with pupils and pupils with special educational needs and support for the younger pupil (specialised activities and teaching and equatorial activities for 83 pupils and pupils; workshops and consultations for 50 parents and equipping 3 schools with teaching aids for diagnosis, therapy and development assistance; 3) support 21 pupils and pupils at risk of leaving the education system by implementing an individual development path, including peer coaching; 4) educational and professional advice; 5) creating the conditions for experiment-based teaching (extracurricular activities and retrofitting of the 4 schools concerned); 6) upgrading the competences of 44 teachers and teachers, including 7 who, as a result of ESF support, will conduct ICT classes. Projekt ŁĄCZY NAS NAUKA obejmuje 3 szkoły podstawowe i 2 gimnazja, dla których organem prowadzącym jest gmina Pruszcz. Jest skierowany do uczniów i uczennic, nauczycieli i nauczycielek oraz rodziców. Zakłada rozwijanie kluczowych kompetencji uczniów, doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego oraz zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia, szczególnie ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Projekt zakłada realizację w okresie od 1.03.2017 r. do 30.09.2018 r. zadań na rzecz: 1) kształtowania i rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych 167 uczniów i uczennic (zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze i rozwijające zainteresowania z nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, języków obcych i TIK; warsztaty w zakresie rozwijania kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej; warsztaty pozaszkolne z fizyki, chemii, biologii i geografii; doposażenie 5 szkół w pomoce dydaktyczne i narzędzia TIK); 2) procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniami i uczennicami ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wsparcia ucznia młodszego (zajęcia specjalistyczne i zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze dla 83 uczniów i uczennic; warsztaty i konsultacje dla 50 rodziców oraz doposażenie 3 szkół w pomoce dydaktyczne do diagnozy, terapii i wspomagania rozwoju); 3) wsparcia 21 uczniów i uczennic zagrożonych przedwczesnym opuszczeniem systemu oświaty poprzez realizację indywidualnej ścieżki rozwoju, w tym coaching rówieśniczy; 4) doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego; 5) tworzenia warunków do nauczania opartego na eksperymencie (zajęcia pozalekcyjne oraz doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych 4 szkół); 6) podniesienia kompetencji 44 nauczycieli i nauczycielek, w tym 7, którzy w wyniku wsparcia z EFS będą prowadzili zajęcia z wykorzystaniem TIK.
