Podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 107 os.w wieku 30 lat i więcej (64K i 43M) pozostających bez pracy, które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy zamieszkujących na obszarze woj.łódzkiego oraz nabycie kwalifikacji przez min.75 os.(45K, 30M) z ww.grupy docelowej, dzięki udziałowi w formach wsparcia zaproponowanych w proj.-dopasowanych indywidualnie do potrzeb każdego uczestnika w okr.1.01.2020-31.12.2021. Grupę docel. proj.stanowi 250 os.(150K i 100M)-są to os.w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostające bez pracy (bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo), które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: -os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej-będą stanowić min.10% GD -os.długotrwale bezrobotne-min.40% GD -kobiety-min.60%GD, -os.z niepełnosprawnościami-min.8%GD -os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-min.40% GD. Ww.os.będą stanowić 100% GD. Proj.nie przewiduje objęcia wsparciem bezrobotnych mężczyzn w wieku 30-49 lat, kt.nie należą do ww.GD.
