Projekt zakłada objecie wsparciem 100 osób (w tym rodzin) (58K;42M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez udział w kompleksowych formach aktywizacji społeczno - zawodowej do 31.03.2020r. Grupę docelową będą stanowią osoby oddalone od rynku pracy, zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - 60 osób, oraz ich rodziny/partnerzy domownicy- 40 osób, w tym 20 dzieci . Uczestnicy otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej ukierunkowanej na pozyskanie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji , stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby / rodziny z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów potencjału predyspozycji, potrzeb -KRYT DOST nr.4. Zaplanowane działania będą realizowane zg z zasada równości szans K i M niedyskryminacji oraz przyczyniać się do realizacji celu szczegółowego SZOP PRO WL> Proj będzie realizowany zgod. z wł. przepisami prawa krajowego i unijnego/zasadami un. w tym z zasadą konkurencyjności.
