In the period from 1 June 2016 to 31 December 2018, at least 123 people, clients, will be supported. The centre, including at least 57 people with disabilities. Support from funds under the Regional Operational Programme will allow the use of new active inclusion tools that contribute to addressing social inequalities among the Centre’s clients through the implementation of activities such as active integration or social work. A group of people covered by the project requires support for solving life problems, fulfilling the social role, conducting interpersonal relations, overcoming barriers to society and the labour market. People with disabilities and at risk of poverty require social inclusion and self-assessment. Specialised support and systematic assistance will solve the problems faced by beneficiaries. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby środowiska osób niepełnosprawnych, a także rodzin zastępczych, ich wychowanków oraz młodzieży w procesie usamodzielnienia z powiatu wschowskiego, którzy są jednocześnie klientami Centrum. W okresie od 1 czerwca 2016 r. do 31 grudnia 2018 r. wsparciem zostanie objętych co najmniej 123 osoby, klientów tut. Centrum, w tym co najmniej 57 osób niepełnosprawnych. Wsparcie ze środków w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego pozwoli na zastosowanie nowych narzędzi aktywnej integracji przyczyniających się do zniwelowania nierówności społecznych wśród klientów Centrum, dzięki realizacji takich działań jak aktywna integracja czy praca socjalna. Grupa osób objętych projektem wymaga wsparcia do rozwiązywania problemów życiowych, wypełniania roli społecznej, prowadzenia relacji interpersonalnych, pokonywania barier w społeczeństwie i na rynku pracy. Osoby niepełnosprawne i zagrożone ubóstwem wymagają integracji społecznej oraz podniesienia własnej samooceny. Specjalistyczne wsparcie i systematyczna pomoc rozwiąże problemy przed jakimi stoją beneficjenci. (Polish)
