The essence of Project Bn. “Swim into the depths” is to increase the activity. 12 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, per round 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 in the working age through the implementation of active integ. The project is aimed at long-term people benefiting from the help of the community, mainly the unemployed and the disabled. Priority of participation in the project shall be given to persons using the POPŻ. Carrying out the planned actions will contribute to the growth of the final ben. ben. on the labour market and local activity in Czerwieńsk. The cost of support of one ben. is on average PLN 9 950.00. The value of the project 119 400 PLN. The projector assumes achieving a minimum level of social index – 34 %, minimum level of employment efficiency – 22 %. The activation will be carried out using instr. educational, social and professional assets, the form of support will be social contracts. The learning support process will be based on the reint. path, created individually for each person, taking into account the diagnosis of the situation and the needs of the customer. "Wypłyń na głębię" jest zwiększenie aktyw. społ.-zaw. 12 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w okr. 01.01.2018 – 31.12.2018 w wieku aktywności zawodowej poprzez realizację instrum. aktywnej integ. Projekt jest skierowany do os. długotrwale korzystających z pomocy społ, głównie bezrobotnych oraz niepełnopsprawnych. Pierwszeństwo udziału w proj. mają osoby korzystające z POPŻ. Prowadzenie zamierzonych działań przyczyni się do wzrostu szans ben. ostatecznych na rynku pracy oraz wzrostu działa lokalnych w gm. Czerwieńsk. Koszt wsparcia jednego ben. wynosi średnio 9 950,00 zł. Wartość projektu 119 400 zł. Projektodawca zakłada osiągnięcie minimalnego poziomu wskaź. efek. społecznej - 34%, minimalnego poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej - 22%. Aktywizacja prowadzona będzie z wykorzystaniem instr. aktyw. edukacyjnej., społecznej, zawodowej, formą wsparcia będą kontrakty socjalne.
