| Property / summary: The essence of the project: “Out of the depth” is an increase in the asset. 12 people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, in the window. 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 in the age of working life by implementing active interoperability. The project is aimed at the long-term recipient of the aid, mainly the unemployed and the disabled. Preference shares are given to beneficiaries of the PO. Carrying out the intended actions will contribute to the increase of the chances of the final labour market and the growth of the local area of Czerwińsk. The cost of supporting one benside is on average PLN 9 950,00. Project value PLN 119 400. The project promoter is aiming to achieve a minimum level of 34 % social efficiency, with a minimum employment performance of 22 %. Activation will be carried out with the use of instruments of educational, social and professional activation, and will be supported by social contracts. The learner support process will be based on a reint path that is created individually for each individual, taking into account the diagnosis of the customer’s situation and needs. Istotą projektu pn. "Wypłyń na głębię" jest zwiększenie aktyw. społ.-zaw. 12 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w okr. 01.01.2018 – 31.12.2018 w wieku aktywności zawodowej poprzez realizację instrum. aktywnej integ. Projekt jest skierowany do os. długotrwale korzystających z pomocy społ, głównie bezrobotnych oraz niepełnopsprawnych. Pierwszeństwo udziału w proj. mają osoby korzystające z POPŻ. Prowadzenie zamierzonych działań przyczyni się do wzrostu szans ben. ostatecznych na rynku pracy oraz wzrostu działa lokalnych w gm. Czerwieńsk. Koszt wsparcia jednego ben. wynosi średnio 9 950,00 zł. Wartość projektu 119 400 zł. Projektodawca zakłada osiągnięcie minimalnego poziomu wskaź. efek. społecznej - 34%, minimalnego poziomu efektywności zatrudnieniowej - 22%. Aktywizacja prowadzona będzie z wykorzystaniem instr. aktyw. edukacyjnej., społecznej, zawodowej, formą wsparcia będą kontrakty socjalne. Proces wsparcia ucz. odbywać będzie się w oparciu o ścieżkę reint., stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej os. z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji i potrzeb klienta. (Polish)
