Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 50 osób poprzez udział w kompleks. formach aktywizacji społ. –zawodowej do 31.12.2020 r.GD będą stanowiły osoby bezrobotne i nieaktywne zawodowo oddalone od rynku pracy w tym osoby niepełnospr. intelektualnie lub psychicznie, bezdomne i rodziny/osoby z problemem uzależnienia/współuzależnienia. Uczestnicy otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie aktywizacji społecznej i zawodowej ukierunkowanej na pozyskanie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji, stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby/rodziny z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb(KRYT.DOSTĘPU9). Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie GCPR(IPS) ze Stowarzyszeniem Człowiek w Potrzebie Wolontariat Gorzowski(org.pozarz.).
