Project implemented from 01.09.2019 to 31.12.2020 aimed at implementing a health policy programme aimed at 800 people. (500K) from Lubuskie voivodship of people working and returning to work in the field of rehabilitation of medical disorders of the movement system in and of the peripheral nervous system associated with the method of performing work. Each participant will follow a path of support according to RPZ. i.e.: medical rehabilitation services, medical advice (medical rehabilitation, physiotherapist, occupational medicine), health education and psychological support (depending on the needs of the individual), provided by qualified staff. As part of the project, a hotline will be launched and the waiting time for rehabilitation will not exceed 4 weeks. The project will increase accessibility to rehabilitation services, improve health status and efficiency of the University of Technology, rehabilitation benefits will affect taking up or maintaining the workplace, knowledge and motivation in the prevention of professional pathologies will be strengthened and recreational activity among residents of Lubuskie voivodship will increase. Projekt realizowany od 01.09.2019 do 31.12.2020 mający na celu realizację programu polityki zdrowotnej skierowanego do 800 os. (500K) z terenu woj. lubuskiego osób pracujących i powracających do pracy w zakresie rehabilitacji medycznej schorzeń układu ruch u i obwodowego układu nerwowego związanych ze sposobem wykonywania pracy. Każdy z uczestników przejdzie wyznaczoną ścieżkę wsparcia zgodnie z RPZ. tj.: świadczenia rehabilitacji medycznej, poradnictwo medyczne (lek. rehabilitacji medycznej, fizjoterapeuta, lek. medycyny pracy), edukację zdrowotną oraz wsparcie psychologiczne (w zależności od potrzeb indywi), realizowaną przez wykwalifikowaną kadrę. W ramach projektu uruchomiona zostanie infolinia, a czas oczekiwania na podjęcie rehabilitacji nie przekroczy 4 tyg. Poprzez projekt zwiększy się dostępność do świadczeń rehabilitacyjnych, poprawi się stan zdrowia i sprawność UP, świadczenie rehabilitacyjne wpłynie na podjęcie lub utrzymanie miejsca pracy, wzmocni się wiedza i motywacja w zakresie zapobiegania patologii zawodowych oraz zwiększy się aktywność rekreacyjna wśród mieszkańców województwa lubuskiego.
