Projekt realizowany przez podmiot leczniczy -Powiatowy Ośrodek Rehabilitacyjno-Wypoczynkowy Pałac W Przełazach Sp. z o.o., skieruje wsparcie dla 600 osób(400K) zamieszkujących w woj.lubuskim w wieku aktywności zawodowej zarówno pracujących jak i planujących powrócić do pracy, u których zidentyfikowano schorzenia układu ruchu lub obwodowego układu nerwowego związane ze sposobem wykonywania pracy.Wsparcie oparte na założeniach Programu Polityki Zdrowotnej dla woj. lubuskiego, obejmie zarówno świadczenia rehabilitacji medycznej tj.: fizykoterapeutyczne, kinezyterapeutyczne, masaże, ale również działania informacyjno-edukacyjne,konsultacje medyczne, edukacje zdrowotną, wsparcie psychologiczne i szkolenia.W wyniku podjętych działań nastąpi przywrócenie 300 osobom z woj.lubuskiego ze schorzeniami układu ruchu i obwodowego układu nerwowego związanymi ze sposobem wykonywania pracy, sprawności fizycznej a tym samym możliwości wydłużenia aktywności zawodowej.
